I ordered two tires off Blackcircles online to be fitted here, rang up on the morning after I…read moreplaced my order to check the time I could come down after booking an AM fitting, the guy who answered the phone was so rude, turned around and said "Nah am fully booked till tuesday", I said, "I booked it online with Blackcircles for Thursday", his reply was "Nah av declined the job", I turned around and said "Oh right, so do I have to ring them?", he goes "Aye" and then hung up. I don't care if you don't have a lot of time or if you're busy, customer service is customer service, if you're going to answer the phone, at least have the effort to be professional.
