Beach club hotel that has extraordinary DJ music! It was the opening weekend for summer and getting the DJs pumping up the music in the clubs of Ibiza! This was one of them and it was outdoors! It was amazing! I truly had a very fun time here! The music was a blast and a bliss!

    Stage area! So dope!

Me and some buddies stayed here a couple weeks ago and it was a decent experience. Pros: Nice sized rooms to accommodate 3 people Right on the beach basically Awesome concerts that take place on the premises in the outdoor area by the pool behind the front desk area...stage is huge! Balconies with most rooms Nice staff...Very hot women working here Nice secure hotel that makes sure you have a wristband in order to enter The main con is how expensive this place is...you would at least think a comped breakfast, lunch or brunch would be included like some of the cheaper hotels in the area. Also they have a sexual goodies box next to the bed that does not have a price tag on top of it. We found out later that the price is on the minibar list way across the room. There was a 40 euro charge for just opening the box basically that they would not come off of. You would think the price would be right on the item and not on the minibar list as we had no intention on using the minibar so no need to check the list. I have been in hotels where they give you complimentary condoms and what not so was shocked when this was an issue. If you have the money, you can definitely stay here and have a good time, but make sure you don't open that goodies box next to the bed though LOL

The cream of the crop when it comes to Ibiza day parties. The "club" basically runs from about 5pm-midnight so it's much different than Vegas day parties that are basically ending by 5 or 6. Production, lighting, visual, weird shit that happens @ clubs that you can only understand if you're on drugs - you'll find all that & more & Ushuaïa. The party happens in the middle of the hotel essentially so most of the guest rooms are surrounding the pool. Fabulous if you want to party ALL night & day. Annoying if you are too wasted & just want to chill out for a bit. The Ushuaïa towers are fairly new & are to the right of the hotel so I recommend staying there if you want to be at the party but still escape. In either scenario staying here is beyond expensive, much like most of Ibiza. When I went, it was over $800 USD/night. Basically this entire hotel is a party the entire time so definitely don't stay here if that's not what you're looking for. Here's the lowdown on prices: Drinks What you would pay anywhere else/Vegas ... a billion dollars. The cheapest thing you can get is a shot of hierbas which was 5€. If you've been to Ibiza before you know what hierbas is. If you haven't, it's very similar to roman sambuca but not as strong of a black licorice/anise flavor. Essentially it's a liquor made in Ibiza that is made up of several local herbs. The next cheapest option was beer and they ONLY had Heineken....1 option, that's it. These we're about 12€. Entrance About 70€ and I strongly advise you to get your tickets in advance. The price only goes up if you get them at the door plus the good DJ's sell out before you even get there. Dress code DGAF. Same as most of Ibiza. If you want to see the best production, visuals, sound system & nicest day party that Ibiza has to offer, you can't skip Ushuaïa.

Ushuaia is a really nice hotel and venue for an awesome line up of DJs. The stage is big and the center of the hotel contains a pool which is surrounded by the hotel rooms with balconies. The only downside is that it ends early. I guess that leaves time to party elsewhere afterwards.

I loved staying here on vacation. Sent free champagne up my first night cause me and my friends luggage was lost with the airport. Marga helped with everything, calling Vueling and dealing with them personally. I stayed in the tower, room was so nice. Food everywhere around the hotel is amazing. The best djs all play at Ushuaia.

    Drinks at the beach club!

I was honestly hesitant to book it because of the price, especially coming from a small town in Colorado and wanting a mix of relaxation and fun. But once I was there, it completely worked. The property is stunning high-end, modern, and beautifully designed. Friends who stayed at other hotels actually came to ours just to take photos because it's that nice. If you want great pictures, you don't even need to leave the hotel. It really is the hotel. Breakfast was incredible. I loved having fresh, natural juices every morning, and the food overall was excellent. The private beach was a huge highlight, and the private concerts and live music added such a fun, lively energy. It's definitely a vibrant place, but it still felt enjoyable rather than overwhelming. The staff were truly amazing friendly, attentive, and welcoming across the board. They really elevated the experience and made the stay feel special. The only downside for me was the room layout and bathroom. The resort is very large, so depending on where your room is, the walk can be pretty long especially if you're on the pool side. Also, the shower door didn't fully close, so water leaked out everywhere, and the shower area didn't feel as clean or polished as I would expect for a hotel at this price point. Not terrible, but noticeable. That said, I genuinely loved my stay and had a great time. It did feel worth it overall, even with the cost. I'd absolutely love to come back budget permitting and would 100% stay here again if I return to Ibiza. If you're looking for a luxury, lively, iconic Ibiza hotel experience and are prepared for the price tag, this place delivers.

If hell had a hotel, this would be it…read more This place is an absolute disgrace to hospitality. The level of incompetence, disorganization, and sheer laziness on display here is almost impressive - you'd think it was some kind of social experiment on how bad a hotel can get before guests riot. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted not with warmth but with chaos and indifference. Check-in? Hours of waiting for the room you booked in advance. Room service? Nonexistent. The mini bar? Stocked with half-drunk bottles, and yes, they'll gleefully charge you for them anyway. Their restaurants serve food so bland and low-quality that calling it "edible" feels generous. Breakfast looked like a health inspection horror show, filthy, unsanitary, and clearly handled by people who've given up on life. The staff? A masterclass in rudeness and apathy. Ask for your room to be cleaned, and you'll get attitude, eye rolls, and maybe even a verbal lashing from housekeeping. And if by some miracle they do show up, don't expect the bed to be clean, ours had hair and actual blood stains. When we reported it, they refused to fix it. Refused. The water in the tub looked like it came straight from a sewer. It's not just unpleasant, it's unsafe. Whoever manages this circus should be ashamed. Hard Rock should remove their name from this embarrassment before it ruins what little reputation they have left. Final advice: run. Don't walk - run away from this disaster disguised as a hotel.

If you need a pool towel or iron they as you leave a deposit, I've never in my traveling experience had someone ask for a deposit. This stay was suppose to be all inclusive, but it's far from it, the drinks from the buffet and the pool bar are included in this all inclusive but they close early so every other bar in the hotel asks you to pay for your drinks. The "all inclusive" drinks are watered down. Once the buffet is closed there's no other option for food. We used the pool once, we witnessed a worker rinsing off a towel in the pool? My boyfriend went to use the restrooms and the doorknob fell off leaving him locked inside for half an hour while the staff looked for someone to help. Not once did they apologize. The rooms reak of mold! Don't smell underneath the beds. The AC leaves you sweating, but the worst of it all: THE BATH WATER IS SALT WATER NOT FILTERED OR CLEANED. The buffet was absolutely disgusting,we chose to eat out everyday because I can't stomach tasteless food every meal. If this doesn't give you a good idea of what your stay will be like I don't know what will. Please consider a different hotel, if you insist in all inclusive there's a far better one at the palladium I wish we had stayed in.

I emailed the hotel directly to confirm if that is their email. No response at all from my email. Ok fine whatever. Found on reddit that it's a regular scam that happens to a lot of guests at this hotel chain. Fast forward to Wednesday before the arrival and I hear there is flooding. Send them email- what's the status at the hotel? No response. Fine Thursday - send them another email- any update on the status of the hotel? Nothing. In what world is this ok? I live in a natural disaster area and we face many hurricanes per year. No company in the US would ignore a customers outreach to find out what is happening to their vacation. Every Marriott, Hyatt, Hilton would respond to their clients and let them know what options there are. They should have offered a move before Arriving or free cancellation and refund. They are so damn greedy to let guests arrive in this state. Natural disasters are understandable- no communicating is not. We show up Friday morning- they say that there is only the buffet. The main pool looks like brown dog poo In there. The military is trying to pump it out. The theater is not usable so no entertainment. There are no alacarte restaurants open. "We will try to open today"... I heard that they were sending guests to the hard rock hotel which is their sister hotel. Since they weren't hit with flooding, I asked to transfer. The manager let us transfer but did not also explain- they closed the hard rock to renovate. So there was nothing to eat besides buffet and sports bar.'no water bottles anywhere. No other restaurants. the manager knew that there were no services being offered at hard rock and did not even inform us. The people working there hated their life. No services that can be offered. Supposed 5 star to this dump. We talked to other American guests. They showed up to the White Island and had to walk in 2 feet of brown flood water- health hazard? They had to carry their luggage on top of their heads. The buffet food ... looked like since they stopped caring about hard rock- leftover crap. The only edible place was the sports bar so we had to eat that 2-3 times a day. Horrible management of disaster, horrible management of hotel, and horrible management group- palladium. I booked with points through Wyndham and they want me to deal directly with hotel.. why should I? They did such a crap job with the communication.

We walked in and the entire resort smelled of sewage our entire stay. Making it past check in into the room there's was clothes from previous guest that hadn't been cleaned up, garbage and mold in our room. Again we traveled far so we were like whatever we will make it work. Well the food gave 1 of us food poisoning and was stuck in bed for 2 days. During those 2 days we left the room to go to the spa came back passport was stolen. Reported it to the desk and David (manager) was pretty much like oh well must have misplaced it (I didn't). They took us to the police made the report we were ready to be out. We had paid for late checkout at 3 and the facility stated that wasn't true (again not true) and proceeded to turn off the power and water in our room, turned our bracelets off, and then sent multiple aggressive staff in while we were undressed and getting ready to go. So we finally leave at 3 because that's what we paid for we get to the desk the nastiness continues, smell is still awful, and I just hand over my things and leave. My friend realized that her insulin was missing (only needs it every couple days) from the refrigerator. She returned in and nobody had a clue where it possibly could have gone (funny right). And to add to the terrible service and grounds it's not actually all inclusive they have caps on drinks, no alcohol to the room, your food is limited....there are so many better places to stay and the fact that they have so many fake reviews I hope this one gets to the top and someone doesn't have to experience what we did. I've contacted an attorney and we will be suing the facility for discrimination and false advertising.
