Then when my husband picked up the taxes, from a secretary or assistant, we were told we only owed a couple hundred over the $4000 already paid. To our dismay, nothing was said about the over $2500 also owed. We got a real nice surprise in the mail wanting over $3000 more. We tried to reach out for over a week with no luck. We received "Notice to Seize Property" letters. All she said was, "if you would have gone through your return you would have seen it." Then she blamed the worker. Took no reponsibility for her actions. We are ALWAYS told what we owe when we pick up the taxes. I dont understand them, thats why I paid someone. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS AGAIN!

To begin with, Ravi opened a checking account for me and set me up with a MasterCard last year. He was friendly and professional and I left the pavilion feeling good about my choice to switch to PCF. Time went by and I used my account and credit card regularly and without any need to interact with the staff until recently. The ease of the website makes online banking effortless. Last week I went in to enquire about a line of credit and met with Laura who was as friendly as could be and got it all done right then and there. She even called the next day to follow up with me. I was super impressed with her sincere level of customer care. And for a fee-free bank?!?! Crazy! I think she's one of the best champions of customer service I have met in a very long time. When I was there, Laura mentioned that PCF offers mortgages (I'd told her I was in the process of buying my first home) and let me know that she'd be happy to put through an application for me. Since I already had gone to a mortgage broker, I did not see the need but thanked her for the offer. Fast forward a few days (to yesterday). I had heard nothing from the mortgage broker I'd been dealing with, even after being told she'd contact me - yesterday. So I called the office and my broker had left for the day and the one I spoke with told me it could be another day or two before they can have me approved. Well... it needs to be finalized by tomorrow!!! I'm not sure why my account isn't much of a priority. I can only assume because it is a small amount in comparison to most in the area these days. So frustrated and freaking out I remembered that PCF was open until 8:00 pm. I called and Laura answered the phone. I explained my situation to her. She was so sympathetic and told me she'd make some calls and get back to me. Boy did she! This woman really went to work for me! To the extent that this morning I went into the pavilion and she put forward the application with a rush. She referred to it as a Mortgage Miracle, given the need to have it done tomorrow. Her colleagues worked just as diligently and I am looking forward to hearing that it's a done deal tomorrow. Though even if for some reason I do not get approved, these people all deserve high praise for the efforts they have put in. I will recommend PCF, and specifically this location, to everyone and they have solidified my return business for the long-haul. Seriously, the best customer service experience in about as long as I can remember.

They always promise to fix them, but never did anything. The system is very very chaotic. They are lairs. While I had $3000 credit for my visa card, they only gave me $1000 credit. They still send paper bills by post, while I'd like to have online bills only.
