Management really needs to look into this location, I have to agree with other reviews, the customer service of most associates is the worst I've ever seen anywhere. It makes you now want to have to go there because you feel you're an inconvenience to them every single time. "I hate working here" "you're bothering me" faces written all over their faces, a lot of mobile phone usage while assisting customers. It's not everyone, but there is a culture of lack of customer service and bad attitude in this location and I assume nobody will ever get fired so this is accepted. That should not be allowed. Suggestion: you need screen covers where employees can't see what customers are selecting "How was your service", employees look at you when you answer the question and if this location is getting good responses that's the only reason why. read more

Horrible customer service. I avoid going to this store because it with any of the staff at this location. extremely rude people. They don't greet you, they make you put your own label on your packages. They don't respond when you say thank you or say how are you? Have been using this location for 8+ years due to proximity to my work. I have never written a review until now now as I am finally fed up with the multiple instances of disrespect and basic courteous mannerisms that are lacking. The main lady has been miserable for the eight years I have been attending this location. Never makes eye contact, very short and rude with customers. On my most recent visit, I greeted her warmly and informed her of what I needed. No one else was in the location at the time. She made me wait 4+ minutes to even greet me back and acknowledge what I needed. And then when I grabbed my receipt from her, which she refused to extend her arm fully to give me. Horrible customer service. I just went to the post office to grab a large priority mail box to pack an item with the label I purchased online. I politely asked the taple for the cashier lady. She was very rude saying I had to go to the end of the line. I said there was no point to go to the line if I just needed the tape to do my own. She kept being bery rude. The woman working behind the desk on September 10, 2024 at approximately 1:20 in the afternoon is the absolute most horrific customer service agent I've ever run across. She couldn't take her eyes off of her cell phone, which was sitting on a cell phone stand on the center of the desk, where she was working she was short and nasty to every customer that came across her desk in 10 minutes I was standing in line. I typically go to this location because of the convenience near my home but today was the absolute worst. Both women working today were extremely rude and impatient to customers. One of the ladies I've never seen before but the other one is always there. she is extremely rude, she behaves as if she hates her job and as if the customers are dumb. She makes going to the post office a horrible experience. I always look forward to seeing the only gentleman that works there from time to time but he's usually not there, but he is very pleasant. Both women need to find a new profession that doesn't involve interacting with customers or change their attitude. As far as the location, supplies are very scarce. Who mails stuff anymore? Well, from time to time I do! I've come in a few times now to ship out some documents for work and I've always had a good experience. There is never really a line, the staff is always friendly and helpful on what would be the best option to ship something. I came in once to send my friend in Europe some Cuban coffee. They helped me choose the best box and walked me through the process of what would be the cheapest price to get it there in time. Same goes for anything I send domestically. They always run down my options and offer (honest) advice on what would make the most sense. The place is a little outdated, but really...it's a post office. If anything maybe I like to come here for the simple nostalgia - I remember going to post offices as a kid with my mom. Waiting in a massive line, just to send a package. By reading previous reviews I can see that this it's been going on for some time, and I'm not the only one that find that the only person worth coming back to this location is José, the other two ladies are, first, very rude, neither of them uses the name plate, looks like they don't like their job and is our fault that they can't keep watching their show in their phones while working, they both move less than the frontal bone. read more

Was recently there and I can echo the sentiments of many of the poor reviews listed here. Not only was the person behind the counter mean and surely towards the customer line, I also noticed that were no USPS boxes or envelopes out on the shelves for customers looking to ship packages. I left in disappointment over the whole experience and went to the nearby sawgrass branch, where there was an abundance of everything, and the postal worker was very patient to answer questions as well. read more

WORST USPS LOCATION EVER! Horrible customer service. Very rude staff specially today! I needed help with a small package/box and they made me buy an entire tape roll just to tape the top of the box!!! When they usually help you our with it if it's just a little piece. There was a huge line (there always is, no exception today!) and there was just one lady helping customers... apparently the other one, who came out later after seeing the huge line, was inside looking at the cameras according to the one outside said. Horrible customer service. As a veteran who was a government employees I expect them to at least say "how may we help you"? No employee doug is a racist asshole who doesn't even look at you if you arent white. He looked at my husband and I with disgust before we walked to the counter. We have never spoken to him prior to this. We felt in fear of our life as if he wanted to harm us because the look in his eyes expressed this. We weren't sure if a hate crime was going to occur. We have never had rhis issue ever. It's a small new post office so i guess they feel they dont have to be professional. I feel like they should have at least 3 people working at a time. Things would move a lot faster. There is always a line when I am here and of course with my luck everyone in front of me has a difficult package they are trying to send out that takes forever to process. But overall the lines aren't too bad and you should be in and out in 20 minutes. I will say every employee here is very friendly and helpful. I wish they had the self-service machine, which would help with the line. But if you pay for your postage at home you can drop off your package outside without ever leaving your car. I would highly recommend this place if you live in Plantation or Davie. It is less busier than the post office near Broward Blvd/University Drive in Plantation. read more

This is the best Post office I have ever been to, and I have been to some really bad ones. It is very quiet and the staff is nice and helpful. Most of the times my husband and I have been here to mail packages, we have not had to wait in a long line. Actually, if all you are doing is dropping off packages, you can skip the line and simply drop off your packages at the front counter. The staff encourages it. My only complaint is their lack of consistency with the pick-up window. Sometimes the window is open, sometimes it's not and it can get pretty packed on certain days.
