I filed a missing mail report since it's been a month and still no updated. I suggest if you have a small package wait in line and hand it to a person. **also this is rare to happen, I never have mail missing but now for smaller packages I'll be waiting in line.

A male USPS employee shoves a sharpie pen in front of me and condescendingly said I couldn't send the box "anonymously". What??? I was confused. I asked him how was it anonymous? He pointed to the sharpie pen and said "you have to write your name and address here (pointing to an area of the box). I told him my name and address is already on the shipping form I filled out so how am I sending the box "anonymously"? I also told him I've shipped a box to my daughter before and I was never required to write a return address on the box since the sender information is already on the shipping form that's adhered to the box. He wouldn't budge. I took my box and left. I will go to another post office tomorrow. Very bad experience here.
