I contacted him that evening he said he was busy do couldn't come out but would come out to the job site today at 3 and again no show, no call, nothing. I contacted Austin at 7pm and no answer. texted to let him know that I guess he's not coming out today or even gonna call me to let me know. finally spoke with him. he said he's not scheduling new jobs cause he's not flexible to do so. guess no call, no show, now nothing is just how the kid does it. he said 5 yrs in business but must not learned customer communication yet. if you don't have time for new clients stop advertising
