I've had doctor's appointments at both the main UT Medical Center and at UT Primary Care in Halls. The Halls location is soooo much easier to get in and out of. Think no parking garage, way easier to navigate than the huge medical center, and same great care. Highly recommend. Love my Dr. Lindsay, too, so much that my husband is switching to her so she can be both of our PCP. read more

Horrible front staff. Whoever books appointments for Lindsey should be fired. She talked to my mother horribly. Our whole family was going to start going back to Lindsey, but when my mom tried to make an appointment, they told her it would be June. My mom asked if she could see another provider there quicker just because she needs to be seen for medicine refills quicker than 2 months- - but apparently that's "frowned upon" and Lindsey won't ever see her again if she does that. I've been to many medical groups, and have never heard of that. Must be new or something the receptionist just came up with. Also went to Lindsey years back and I would see other people often if she couldn't see me...? So? No wonder the low rating. Lindsey is great but it's not worth dealing with bad receptionists. read more

I've been going to hear about 7/8 months I used to do everything at UT Alcoa highway and I'm so glad this place is open it's so much closer to home easier to park quicker service I just can't say anything bad about it. read more

Worst cardiology group in this area. Same as all the other reviews for this place don't expect a call back ever. They lost test results, the doctor is never in the office. The nurses after almost 3 months still could not get me into the patient portal probably because everytime I walked in she was so into her phone I had to cough to get her attention. Also claims they never received any missed phone home calls I had left. I should've looked at the reviews first every review I have found all say they can never get ahold of the office or get anything done read more

I am new to Tennessee in the last 18 months and the worry of finding a new doctor is always stressful. I feel very lucky to have found this facility and Dr. Scott. I have PTSD, anxiety disorder and depression, so I felt a little bad for him having to take on a case like me. Completed the 20+ page registration form for this practice. Received a call re one medication that could not be prescribed because of Tennessee law denies this practice the option of prescribing Schedule 2 drugs. I have been taking this medication for ADHD for 22 years. The staff member said she would check with the doctor to see if he could prescribe the medication. She called me back, said she had spoken with the doctor, and that he could prescribe my medication. I go to my appointment this morning and was told by a supervisor that the doctor had no memory of the conversation so she canceled my appointment. I did NOT make up my conversation with their staff member and I'm quite disgusted with the way this situation was handled. Would NEVER recommend with practice. read more
