The team was hardworking, professional, and so so thorough. I also appreciated that Claudia took ownership for making sure even small details of the house were good to go. For example, she noticed a small leak behind the refrigerator-- instead of pushing the fridge back in and ignoring the problem, she went above and beyond to highlight the problem and then stand there with our maintenance guy until it was fixed to clean-up afterward. She also flagged another maintenance-related problem she found while in the house-; she was SO proactive and showed ownership! Appreciate her / trust her lots as a result.

Andrew was great about keeping my informed on when he would arrive at the house. We did a walk through of the house and I explained what I needed help with. He asked great questions to understand my expectations and checked in with during the cleaning to make sure he was on track with them. He did a great job cleaning all the areas I had asked him to. Andrew was incredibly professional. He wore a shirt with a work logo on it along with a name tag. He asked if we had a preference on cleaning solutions or if we had any chemical sensitives.
