I just wanted to take them time to thank V & A Auto Body for the incredible experience we had. I took in a black 2018 Infiniti QX30 which had damage done to the bumper after hitting an object while driving on the highway. Being a family run business, their professionalism, honesty, customer service, communication, dedication, & attention to detail was outstanding. They epitomize integrity, and their customer reviews say it all, and I just wanted to add to their incredible reviews. They went above and beyond what I could have asked for. I just to share a timeline of our one-week experience with them. Thursday: I dropped by their shop during the afternoon to show my vehicle for get a quote. Luckily there was no other customers so I was helped immediately. Their son quickly jumped on the computer, made phone calls to a parts shop for the bumper, gave us options on multiple price ranges to choose from in order, the part was ordered over the phone, I was given an itemized print out of the quote on paper for the cost, I left a deposit, and I was in and out within 15 minutes. Friday: (Next day), i get a phone call that the bumper had arrived, and the son asked me when I wanted to come-in to drop off the vehicle. Monday: (Next week) I dropped off the vehicle right when they opened at 8am. I was given a call a few hours later because they wanted to let me know about some additional interior damage and asked me what I wanted, in which i gave them my instructions/request. Wednesday: In the afternoon, was given a call that my car was ready to be picked up. Thursday: I arrived first thing in the morning at 8am: I saw the vehicle with the new bumper. The bumper was painted black and the paint perfectly matched the paint of the car. You couldn't even tell that a new bumper was added. Upon inspection, i noticed a small portion of the bumper where clear coat of the paint was slightly flaking off. It wasn't their fault at all as I didn't ask them to fix the flaking clear coat originally. The father noticed that this small flaking of the clear coat bothered me, he intuitively read my mind and without me even asking, offered to fix the clear coat on the paint, but just needed me to come back in the afternoon. I work close by, thankfully, so i agreed. In the afternoon, i came back and the clear coat was perfectly refinished. In conclusion, in one week the job was completed. There was no stress whatsoever during the process. I am incredibly grateful for this family run business. It is such a huge relief to know that a place that provides this service is around. They offered the best quality, customer service, and attention to detail for the best price when I called around. There was absolutely no BS or sleazy upselling involved. They actually made you feel like they cared. I will continue to bring my vehicle back for any issues in the future. The damage was pretty bad, so I had to use my insurance to help out. They had their "preferred" body shops, but I wanted to go with a company I had experience with and trust, so I went back to V&A. Ara and his team came through once again, doing an amazing job. You'd never know the damage was there. And they worked with my insurance company to get everything sorted out. This is the second time I've come to V&A - and both times, I've left with a car that looks better than when it went in. I worked with Jake (the younger one, there's two) and he was very thorough and gave me the best price possible. It's a 40+ year old family owned business, so they have the leverage and experience to work with their customers. My car was fixed in one week. Previously, I had an experience where an insurance company sent me to Prestige Auto Repair for a bumper repair. I was not at fault, so I went along with it. They kept my car for 3 weeks and the repair was so shoddy that I had to get it fixed again a couple of years later. I won't make that mistake again. read more
