I'm extremely upset. I get my nails done ALL the time in Denver and have never ever had an issue…read morelike this before. It's very frustrating because I'm going to school here so this was the only resort and this is how I'm being treated away from home it's just awful and I had to go to Denver just to get help with my nails because the owner who did my nails said she would help and would call back and NEVER called back. My finger was in pain and if this has happened to anyone else I'm sure you understand. All I wanted was help taking the acrylics off so my finger nails wouldn't fall off. I went into the shop last Wednesday looking for help and the other nail tech just brushed me off and gave me acetone to take home with me. All I was asking for was help to take my nails off and when I go into the shop it's like no one sees me walk in. Warning: Do not do business with this guy!…read more Philip Loren is not only the most unprofessional person I have ever done business with, but he also lacks integrity. He runs an "all cash" business out of this rundown hair salon. He allegedly can fix all iPhones and Android phones. He did replace the screen on my IPhone 7 and my son's iPhone 6. I had an issue with my 6+ where the charger port was broken. Philip said it wouldn't be an issue. He left a message the next day stating that he needed to talk to me about my iPhone. When I called he said the phone was ready to be picked up. I asked him if the phone was fixed and he said at first that it wasn't. He said it was a problem with the logic board. I asked him how much I owed him and he said $80. I asked him why I was being charged the full amount for something he could've fix. He said it was for his time. I could understand paying a small "bench fee" of $25 but not $80 for the cost of the repair. I did not pick my phone up from him that evening. He made a demand that I come down that evening and pay him his money. I told him I would be in the next evening. He called the next day and said, "I am getting really good numbers of your device. When are you coming?" My fianće said she would pick it up that afternoon. He made 2 more calls before 3pm asking when she intended to come in. She went to pick up the phone and after shelling out the money he handed her the phone dead. She asked him if the phone was fixed. He said, "I have been getting great numbers and all you need to do is plug it in and let it charge overnight." As soon as she got home I plugged it in and nothing. Not even a display showing that it was charging. I called him back and asked him why he lied to me and my fiancé. He said, "So I would get my money!"
