GROUND RULES
The old Italian owner has some ground rules:
1. Close all doors gingerly ("piano" in italian is gently, not a musical instrument)
2. Absolutely no luggage storage on premises on check out date, with check out time of 10:30 am
3. Limit hot water usage, as water heater has capacity to heat water for approximately 4 people to use
TIP: Keep valuables on you at all times. I've noticed that cash stored in luggage in the room was rummaged through, however, no amount is missing (be sure to close your room lights, as the owner will come in the room and check on the lights when you leave and turn them off, even if you had your room locked with your set of keys).
