When I brought it to the attention of Hyatt, they told me since I booked and paid through a third-party I needed to address it with them. I reached out to Donna the very next morning and nothing was ever done about it. Instead, she claimed to have reached out to Hyatt and then went radio silent and I was out hundreds of dollars for a room I did not get. This was not the only snafu. We had issues from the being not being able to get the airline tickets we were quoted initially, She overlooked the fact that I was traveling with a 14 year-old and could not book the emergency exit row. In the end I had to go on and book them myself. At the end of the day, there was zero value added, and only a lot of headache. I realize some travel agents are great, very attentive, making sure that you get everything that you paid for. Unfortunately, that was not the case here.

We left the pier and took a short jaunt around Ledge Light lighthouse and headed to our spot for the show . We had the best seats in the area ! Directly (but safely) in front of the barge . The captain and first mate made it very enjoyable by having snacks and water onboard . You can also bring your own food and drink of choice . They were tuned into the radio station that was broadcasting the fireworks and the music was synchronized to the display .
