Marianela Luporini was the lawyer in this office that handled my real estate dilemma. Originally the cost for this real-estate case was $5000.00 and a 1 year resolution time period. My home was valued at $500,000.00 and had around $200,000.00 in equity at the time. I struggled financially for that year that I was promise result hoping I can restart my life and pay all of my debt. She deliberately delayed my case without properly giving me any updates. When she did call to update me it was with an attitude and rushing the conversation reminding me over and over that I did not have enough funds for the time she was on the phone with me. She worked with the opponent lawyer for an outcome that was not favorable to me. I was under the impression that this case was going to be brought up in front of a Judge and the Judge would give me the rights to get a realtor to sale my home then he would decide what party gets what amount. However after almost 3 years of meaningless back and forth the home sold at auction for only $167,000.00 while owing over  $300,000.00 on the mortgage and I still owed the law firm about $8,000.00 for attorneys fees on top of $7,500.00 that I had already payed them.
