Rachel has excellent bedside manner and is always professional. She has a variety of skills that allow for a customized approach to each session. When Covid hit, she proactively went above/beyond to ensure safety was not compromised in any way and this made me feel confident to continue coming bi-monthly. New office is very nice, too.

With each I have received relief, but each has taken a lot of time for relief and then my back flares up again. A friend suggested acupuncture which made me a bit nervous not knowing much about this treatment type. I started researching the many providers in the SLC area and decided to try Pain Free Acupuncture. Rachel was great to put me at ease and explain the treatments. I am thrilled with the results of the treatments as for the first time in a long time, I get up in the morning without back pain! I also shared a pain in my wrist and forearm due to an accident and past tendinitis, and after treatments my pain is gone! I highly recommend treatments from Rachel at Pain Free Acupuncture and I plan to maintain my treatments for a pain free life.

From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and caring. Three different people helped me throughout my visits, and every single one of them made me feel comfortable and supported -- especially Tatiana, who was absolutely amazing. Not only was the experience affordable, but every appointment left me feeling so much better physically and emotionally. The environment was so calming that I genuinely never wanted to leave after my sessions. You can tell they truly care about their patients and take the time to make you feel heard and cared for. I'm so grateful I found this place during my pregnancy, and I already plan on coming back even after pregnancy because it was honestly one of the best experiences I've had. I would recommend them to anyone considering acupuncture!

My acupuncturist was Hannah. She was very attentive and listened to me list the reasons why I was visiting today. Once treated, I laid in my chair for about 40 minutes and even took a nap. I'm going to take Hannah's advice and come once a week for a month and see how I feel. I look forward to my next appointment with Hannah. This is such a special place of peace and healing and I appreciate that they make acupuncture accessible to people who may not be able to afford expensive treatments. I would highly recommend this place. You will be in good hands here.

Massages,…read morechiropractor, yoga, etc. Special shoutout to Yelp Elite Jolene for suggesting to try acupuncture, which is something I've never done before and had never even thought to do! I scheduled a 90-minute first time session with Aidan, and we talked through why I was there and his process. Since I'd never done this before I was feeling a little nervous, but he was so kind and understanding and made me feel so comfortable. I started by lying on my back and he explained everything he was doing as he did it. It wasn't painful at all! You could feel the smallest prick when the needles went in, but they were so thin and small that it was very light. He then left the room and let me lay on the table and just enjoy the acupuncture. This was literally the most relaxed I've ever felt in my whole life. I can't stop thinking about it! When he first said he was going to let me lay for about 20 minutes I was so worried that my mind would start racing and I would hyper focus on any pain points throughout my body. The exact opposite happened and I was insanely relaxed. I wouldn't say I was skeptical going into the session, but I definitely didn't expect to feel this at peace. My mind was clear for the first time in my life and I felt so good! After 20 minutes Aidan came back and I laid on my stomach and we focused on the part of my back that's been causing me pain. He's also a licensed massage therapist so he did some massage techniques hand in hand with his acupuncture, put some heat on the area of pain and let me sit for another 20 minutes. After that I was done! When he removed the needles, I got up and was able to raise my arms without pain for the first time in WEEKS. Last night I slept through the entire night without any pain, and woke up without pain. For the past few weeks I've been waking up every single morning with throbbing pain in my back, and last night I slept so hard that I almost didn't wake up to my alarm. Thank you so much Aidan, this was an amazing first experience and I can't wait to come back.

I was referred to this clinic by several friends and they did not steer me wrong. Dr. Robert Zeng took his time and listened to my concerns. He seemed very knowlegeable and took time to explain things. The clinic itself is immaculately clean, light and serene. The treatment room was private and comfortable. My initial appointment lasted about 2 hours and cost $120. He used many techniques besides needles, like massage, heat, electric stimulation and cupping. I will definitely be back for a second visit. Subsequent visits are $75. I also purchased some herbs and supplements.

Thanks to our family member, I did some research and found that Acupuncture would help improve a lot of things and it can help with body functionality. They did an analysis, recommended 10 treatments which concludes 2-3 visits per visits. After the 10th visit, we saw a drastic improvement. Walking improved, hands are working before OT started, and life went back to almost 90% normal again! If you are seeking help and don't see any improvements based on your physician's recommendation, do some research on your condition with Acupuncture treatment and then, go visit and chat with Tye. He changed our lives! Thank youuuuuu for helping us! We appreciate you and your staff!

He's knowledgeable and efficient. He has a strong understanding that is beyond what you get from the average acupuncturist. For those looking for a quick fix- this is probably not for you. Accupuncture takes time and repeated visits to work effectively. That said, accupuncture and Chinese medicine can treat and cure certain things that even allopathic medicine can not.
