Gas price here is usually the lowest around this part of El Paso. Watch out, though, Pump #4 is pre-pay only, and not an open pump. You cannot get a fill-up even with a credit card, and you have to limit your gas to an estimated amount. I had to switch to a different pump because of this. Convenient store is like any other gas station store. You can get some drinks and snacks. I wished Valero had a reward program to earn points for purchasing gas and merchandise. That would add more attractiveness to this joint for sure.

Definitely comparable with the cheaper in-town prices that you find closer to El Paso. Right up the road, there is a Valero that is always 20-25 cents higher than most.. so the cheaper prices this station has is definitely a welcome change in pace. I really like the reward program that Howdy's has in place. Being to and from my way to work, this is really the only place I fuel up. Because of this, I am able to rack up some cool reward points, which in turn leads to some cool rewards. Not something I have experience with any other fuel company. They do have a gas station around the back of the store. It is a touchless car wash, and a good one at that. The cool thing is that you can pay for a car wash while you are filling up at the pump, and then proceed to the wash station after you are done fueling. It is a convenient way of paying for both at once. The customer service is good at this store. One of the cashiers during the day went out of his way to help me understand the mobile app and one of this features. They are always friendly there, and as long as that continues, I will continue to enjoy going here!!

It usually offers the lowest price available in the area at any given time. If you have a High Octane Rewards Card (and everyone should get one since it's free to have it), you'll receive 3 cents off per gallon automatically. You really should sign up for text message because you'll receive a notification about every two weeks for 10 cents off per gallon announcement!! That's a great deal! Now, there's only four pumps here, so it could get a little crowded between the folks pumping gas and those who want to park to buy items inside. One complaint I have (if I really have to share it) is the printer at the pump seems always out, so I end up going inside to get a receipt every time I come here. That's not a big deal to me, really. Yep, it's a little inconvenient, but I can stretch my legs and go inside to get a receipt and greeted by a friendly clerk. Receiving a nice greeting of the day is not a bad thing. I normally don't purchase anything here like drinks and snacks, except some on-going good deal for some soft drinks sometimes. What you see here on the racks tends to be more expensive than getting it at nearby supermarkets. You pay for your "convenience" for sure.

Unfortunate I had locked myself out of my car, keys and phone inside, but I had paid for my gas so I had my wallet in my pocket. I went inside to ask if possible they could help me or had maybe an emergency kit to open my car. Two employees Angel and Ethan came outside to assist. They were able to borrow a car lockout kit from the car wash located two buildings over! These gentlemen were able to help me open my car, what a blessing!!
