They are the World's oldest barber, and have been cutting the hair of royalty and world leaders every since. It was outrageously expensive. Most importantly, they offer a level of class, treatment, and skill par excellence. I bring that up because that's the kind of place Scissor and Bone aspires to. I've had nothing but the best experience there. Since my wife decided I needed a full beard, I've needed good trimming skills, and I'm willing to pay the extra few sheckles for the rest of the treatment. My barber also gives me a pro-rated cut for what little hair I have left. Highly recommended. Beasley may be around to welcome you as well. That's an added bonus.

it seems she has been trying to delete my original review so... here's a new one :)…read more first of all i am honored to receive the famous "hope u heal" line u reserve for all ur bad reviews. i also want to say that i had absolutely nothing to do with Ariana and if i wanted to recruit people to leave bad reviews, u would have way more than just one omg its just way too good isnt it?? please learn from this experience. couple things: - a haircut this bad should be obvious to someone claiming to be a professional - I dont think being a loyal customer entitles me to a refund, i think a bad haircut does. - i only mention being a recurring customer to emphasize 2 things-- the way you treat loyal clients with a good track record, and lost revenue for a business who apparently cant even afford a refund. - I specifically didn't use the word shelf and that was intentional :) gave urself away there - Ive had big short hair, i've had two wolf cuts, & i know how to style it. I think one of us has something to learn from this, and it's u. but i see u need it explained... if you had any ground (or documentation) to stand on, u wouldnt have lost the case. Policy is not law. There must be exceptions when clear mistakes are made. and the burden should absolutely never fall on the customer to try to come to a resolution that works for YOU, its the other way around. thats just the right way to handle failure as a business. But ironically, there needs to be a little maturity involved to take accountability like that... fortunately for all of us, you have proven it yourself that you have never been capable of this (just a quick search to see how you have responded to every bad review on here and Google) So the question remains... disingenuous or incompetent? only God knows. but at least now everyone else can bear witness too. i've attached photos of my original review from Google, KJ's response from Yelp, and an potential client's input because it tickles me and they are trying to take it down.

Luckily Yoly was there and she was able to squeeze me in Jasmine's schedule. Their salon is nice and clean. Jasmine was nice and not too chatty, which works fantastic with my personality. However, when we did talk, she was very amicable and engaging. She was very meticulous and took her time. She did a good job and I am happy with the cut. My hair is curly, and Jasmine didn't know how to work with my types of curls--she cut it too short not anticipating that the shorter it gets the curlier it will be--, but I think that as she works with me and gets to understand my hair it will be better.
