He was able to tackle the invasive 50 ft tall empress trees that were quite a nuisance. He trimmed up some trees in the front and took down some small dead trees. I…read morehad an idea of what I thought was needed, but Faustino in a very knowledgeable and kind way, help me to understand what was actually needed to keep the trees, attractive, and healthy. I'm so happy he corrected my understanding. Of the many times I've had my oak tree trimmed, this is by far the best it's ever looked. He went up higher into the tree to clean it up than any other service I've hired in the past. There were different issues with my crêpe myrtle and Mesquite trees and as with the Oak tree, he educated me and gave each tree what it particularly required. I thought the price was reasonable, he cleaned up after he was finished, and in my case, brush pick up day is several days away, and he stacked all of the brush exactly as I asked him to in such a way to minimize how much of it was on the edge of my lawn and how much of it was sticking beyond the curb. I had scheduled three services to come out and give me estimates. Faustino was the first business to contact me after I made my inquiry on Yelp and as a result the first business to come out and provide me an estimate. After he gave me the estimate, I told him I had some other businesses that were scheduled to come out and I would let him know after I've spoken to everyone. I was so impressed with my conversation with him during his visit to provide the estimate, that I decided there was no need to have the other two businesses come out and I cancel those appointments.
