Their response was that they thought it was a bigger job than it was but they wanted me to send photos which I did. They said it looked like more than one tree but I told them it was one tree and needed limbs cut back from the roof. Photos can be deceiving and they should have come out to see the job and given an accurate estimate like the other company did. It seemed like they didn't want to have to come out to give an accurate estimate and that is on them. Of course after hearing their exorbitant price I would not have had them come out.
