I called and arranged a pickup for a short trip, probably $10-$20 ride, and the driver told me she was on the way to get me, then way after the estimated time of arrival, I called several times to see what's up and got no answer. Had a friend call (from a different phone so she didn't recognize the #) to act like he needed a taxi from the same place and she said she was on her way to the Atlanta airport and wouldn't be available for couple hours and no, sorry there were no other drivers that night. WHAT? Gee thanks. Not fun to be stood up or left waiting for a ride that's never gonna show!! I think this business is misclassified. It's more of a shuttle service than a taxi. If you just need a ride around town, you'd be better off calling one of the other taxi companies.

Upon arriving at my son's workplace, his grandmother sent the payment ($10.00) via Zelle to the driver's confirmed number--verified three times before the transaction was made. Although the payment was sent and a screenshot confirming the successful transaction was shown to the driver, he became aggressive when the funds did not appear instantly in his account. The driver began yelling at my son, demanding payment, despite having been shown proof. He then exited the vehicle and physically pushed my son. When my son tried to defend himself, the driver quickly got back into his car and drove away. The police were immediately notified, and charges have been filed. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. No one--especially a minor--should be subjected to such aggression. I hope this review serves as a warning to others. However, caution to any customers of size (larger than 200lbs or taller than 5'6") Their vans are NOT built for larger passengers. The seats are small and the rows are very close together. Our shuttle was packed full and we could hardly move. My legs were numb after being smashed into the back of seat in front of me for the entire 90 minute drive and my partner (who is skinny but very tall) hardly fit in his seat and his legs didn't fit in between the seats and ended up with a bruise on his legs from having to sit on the seatbelt buckle the whole trip. All that to say, keep that in mind when deciding to use them but I would still use them again if needed.

My group arrived at the designated spot at 6:50 AM, well ahead of the departure time. However, to our surprise, the bus did not show up until 7:40 AM. During this extended waiting period, I had to urgently use the airport restroom. Unfortunately, while I was inside, the bus arrived and, according to my friend who was still waiting at the spot, the driver refused to wait for us and departed, even though I was merely 3 feet away from the bus, and shouting loudly behind that "I am here!". Later, I called the office to express my frustration and seek a resolution. However, the customer service representative refused to offer any form of refund for the inconvenience caused, saying that the management decided that the bus driver arrived on time and is of no obligation to my loss. I have outlined all the problems in this chaotic process below. These can all be checked by the airport surveillance videos, recorded customer service conversations, and the payment records: 1. The bus did not arrive on time, which clearly violates the rules set forth by the company. It is unjustifiable for anyone to retain customers' payment for a service that was not provided as agreed upon. 2. When I contacted the customer service, I was shocked to hear that the bus supposedly arrived on time and thus bore no responsibility for my loss. Again, how could you outright lie when the surveillance footage can clearly prove the bus was late? Additionally, there are airport staff who were witnesses to the entire incident. 3. There payment system is highly questionable. They request tips during the reservation process. Although I had reservations about making an upfront payment without experiencing the quality of their service, I still decided to tip 20% of the bus fare due to my understanding of the demanding nature of the profession from my previous work experiences with many long-haul drivers internationally. However, the quality of service I received fell far below the minimum expectations. At the very least, they should refund me for the tipping portion of my payment. I have to post my experiences here! I am disabled and explained my needs. I guess Catcha-Cab thought the whole situation was hilarious. I went down the ramp, found no cab, so I called again. Several times the dispatcher told me "he should be pulling up now." I did go back a couple of times to look, so I guess that was the joke. I don't know where he was pulling up, but it wasn't at my house. Much as I dislike the idea of more government regulation, Columbus, GA needs a Taxi Cab Authority. This was no where near my worst taxi experience here. After a horrible experience a few months ago, I said I would not take another cab. But someone told me Catcha-Cab was different, so I took a chance. It wasn't different. Playing a sick joke like that is despicable. The people who run taxi service in Columbus are contemptible, hateful and cruel. There appear to be numerous different companies, but several are actually the same company. Without knowing which ones are part of this vile organization, it is not possible to avoid being victimized by it.
