The window below the arch were still gritty and dirty. These windows are under trees so they can get can quite dirty. This was the set of windows that I needed cleaned the most. I quickly messaged Caleb to let him know and asked when they could come back to redo those windows. Unfortunately after2 days there was no response or acknowledgment of message. I then took photos and sent to them. It has been 2 weeks and nothing. I do realize they are young adults but felt compelled to leave this review if for nothing else but to help them understand that when they perform a service and are paid in full they should always reply to any questions or concerns about the work.

As soon as they arrived they unappologetically complained that I had too much stuff to move and were rude. They had no work ethic. As soon as they arrived, they just wanted to go home. They complained about working, stood around, and within an hour of working they took a break and lounged on a park bench a half block away. They didn't wrap any furniture and were sloppy movers. Words cannot begin to describe how awful the experience was. They made me feel uncomfortable. When I made any requests regarding my belongings. They were truly and utterly rude. Please read other 1 star and 2 star reviews. These movers were far beyond bad, they were appalling and dreadful. I have had wonderful experiences with other moving companies, but I have never had an experience as bad as O'Briens moving company.
