Valley Driving in Abbotsford and Chilliwack made my learning experience so comfortable. I had two great instructors John and Andrew who were both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They made it easy to ask questions and I passed my class 3 with no previous truck driving experience. I did not pass on my first attempt but the excellent customer service of Rob I able to be rebooked for another lesson and road test asap. Great instructors. Very patient. Good fleet of trucks, instructors ensure you're confident with the vehicle and all the maneuvers. The only issue I have had with the school is that they do not tell you to bring $60 cash on test day if you're taking a Class 1 license at the school. It is normal for people to assume that the ICBC fees should be payable by 21st Century methods such as credit/debit cards.. but apparently this isn't the case. Not bringing the cash results in you being barred from taking the test. You fail without even trying, worse you end up $850 poorer as you have to book the test again and the school policy is they insist you take 2 more lessons. You end up waiting 2-3 months as well. All Valley Driving School has to do is send a damn reminder, rather than waste their students time and money. Such a shame. read more

I enrolled in the complete class 1 course. All the instructors were extremely patient and very helpful, with lots of experience. I give all the instructors and office staff at the Abbotsford office complete thumbs up. The only instructor (Kim Achem) In my opinion didn't have a clue. Went to his class first thing he says he was wasn't sure what he was to supposed to teach us and reiterated we will be getting out early. That was the only negative throughout the course. Last year I had a bit of a health scare. So this year I decided to get a couple things done that I have always wanted to do in my life. One of those things was to get my motorcycle drivers license. After asking around at my work, a coworker recommend Valley Driving School. A few quick calls later and I was booked for my classroom seasons, motorcycle skills training and test, as well was my ICBC road test. Because it had been a few years since my original driving test, a thorough review of the rules of the road was very helpful. The classroom session delivered on that. Ross kept the information relevant and entertaining. The motorcycle skills training was next. Terry was very patient with myself as well as all the other students. Our entire class passed even though we all started at very different skill levels. The 10 hours of supervised riding in traffic was next. Frank was the instructor for this. Having Frank work with us made this an incredible experience. He shared so much information with us on so many levels. He helped prepare us for the ICBC test but also shared real practical motorcycle experience. Today I passed my motorcycle road test with ICBC without any issues at all. I really want to thank Valley Driving School for there excellent program. I also want to thank Frank, Terry and Ross for making today a success. read more

I had a very good experience with valley driving school. I took the class 1 course through them and I'm really glad I did. The courses that they offer are very informative and helpful and you leave actually learning something. I had frank as a driving instructor and I don't think you could get any better. He really takes the time to make sure you understand everything and has really helpful teaching methods. Most of the course I took Joe was the teacher and again his teaching methods are second to none. I highly recommend going through valley for your class 1. I have a couple friends that have taken the motorcycle course through valley in Abby to and they recommended valley to me. read more

I purchased a one of the driving packages for 645 dollars. Thinking that this was going to be a professional and trust worthy driving school. The day after my first lesson ,( which was perfect,great driving teachers, love the energy ) I called in for them to book my test. The receptionist at the front desk told me it was booked. Later on i received a confirmation email for my road test being on the 28th of august. Well 2 lessons away from the road test my phone rings the lady at the front desk called to tell me that my road test had been cancelled ... I couldn't believe my ears. I freaked out and asked her why she insisted that it was from an icbc ticket.So i called icbc right away ( their head office in Victoria ) I was crying on the phone . the women at icbc was so kind and told me that there was no ticket and there was NO ROAD TEST BOOKED! she told me even if it was cancelled it would have showed up on her screen. SO i called back valley driving school who once again told me. Nope its your fault we had to cancel it. I phoned icbc back and they told me to drive down to the driving school because there was no record of any test. Once i got the building the manager rebecca came out and tried to make it seem like it was a fault on both ends. Clearly it was not I had emails from the driving school confirming the test date they booked. As a compensation i got 1 free lesson , THATS 60 BUCKS.... i was livid and they tried to brush it off like it was nothing, saying it was a misunderstanding .. they thought i booked it.. ( My road test was 2 days away people ) i just waisted all those lessons and the next available date was october 23rd. later on in the month i had a lesson with a wonderful instructor who informed me she was very sorry that it happened to me and it had happened to about 5!!! of her other students. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY SCREW ME OVER AND LIE BUT THEY KNEW THEY WERE FUCKED UP AND DIDNT OWN UP. how can you call yourself a professional company and then not take full responsibility when someone doesn't even book 6 kids road tests. Honestly go to the one in Langley, the instructors are great but the company in Abbotsford is a joke. read more
