The driver took great care placing it to avoid my septic. There was also no turnaround, so he had to back down the 1/4 mile gravel road. I was grateful for the 10 day window to have the dumpster because I underestimated the volume of debris. It was filled by day 3, and the same driver picked it up, took it to the landfill, and returned the empty dumpster, ready to be filled again, all for an extra fee that was a fraction of the original rental cost. That saved me so much time, stress, labor costs, and money! Heather in the office was a pleasure to work with and she was an excellent communicator, explaining everything in careful detail. Trans Tech is more than just towing, and they do a great job with that as well - rescuing me after my first deer strike.

She was very immature acting on the phone and didn't have any answers to my questions. She seemed annoyed for taking up her time. In the background it sounded as if I interrupted something going on with her and this man who I found out later in the call happened to be the owner. I believe they assumed they had muted the call or put me on hold but I could hear them saying inappropriate comments to each other and I can just imagine what they were doing from the comments.
