He showed me and my wife how my hearing loss is in certain sound ranges. Mr. Watson put Beltone Hearing Aids in my ears and let me hear the sounds that I had not been hearing. This was really eye opening. He showed me the different Beltone hearing aids that were available. My wife and I wanted to think about purchasing the hearing aids and discuss it together so we left his office. I reviewed the Beltone hearing aid literature Mr. Watson gave me and talked with my wife. We thought it best to go on and purchase the Beltone IMAGINE battery powered hearing aids. I called Mr. Watson the next day to tell him we had decided to purchase the IMAGINE hearing aids. Within about three days I received a call that my hearing aids were in his office. Mr. Watson was very thorough in introducing me to the IMAGINE hearing aids. He showed me how they interfaced with my Android cell phone. I was amazed to see how the cell phone would help me adjust the hearing aids to give me the best possible hearing. They gently pushed me to a bit more each time, while keeping an eye on my comfort and pain level. Within a few sessions, I was able to move my shoulder around better and wasn't waking up in pain anymore. Given the level of concern, this recommendation did not align with what we later learned. We sought a second opinion at another facility, where our child was evaluated as severe and now receives two sessions weekly, which has been much more appropriate for her needs. I would encourage parents to consider getting a second opinion rather than waiting, especially if there are significant delays.

Extremely disappointed by the lack of competence. I will not be returning and I would not recommend…read morethis clinic. I had my appointment, the visit with the doctor was adequate. He prescribed a wide array not clearly identifying the problem for reasons I can understand. It was okay. I go to pick up my prescriptions from my pharmacy: no prescriptions available. They failed to send them to my pharmacy. I have to call them again to get them sent. I go to a scan as scheduled by the ENT staff at a particular time. They didn't send the proper paperwork, so I cannot have the scan until it's transferred. The fact the clinic cannot do simple tasks truly makes me lose confidence in any diagnosis or recommendations they gave. I will be definitely be following up with a different doctor and clinic. There are better options in the Huntsville area.
