This is the 3rd year we've used them for a birthday party. Every year we change or add things and always the customer service is amazing. The first year we were uncertain if a certain size water slide was big enough and they offered to set it up and if it wasn't what we wanted they would show us alternative options and go back to get a different one if we wanted. Last year we ordered a different set up entirely, and same offer. This year we added canopies, tables and chairs on top of the same jumper from last year. They were on top, had a quick set up and left us panels for the canopies just in case we'd need them. Pick up this morning was just as seamless. Rented a jumper for my daughter's birthday. Wasn't too happy with the jumper. Customer Service: pretty good. We ordered thru text and they were responsive. The kids who dropped it off and picked it up we're in the "window" 8-10 am & 8-10 pm. They were coo. The jumper: not too happy. There was some molding or something in the jumper below one of the nets. Dirty dirty. Outside looks clean. There was a few holes. Stitching was busting open. I guess Im rating it 2 stars because the main thing is the quality of the product. read more

We had a great experience with Valley Jumpers. We called last minute to get a jumper and they were able to accommodate us. They dropped it off on time and picked it up the next day. I was not given back my $50 deposit ! So please be aware when the owner asks for a deposit. The first time I rented a waterslide with them everything went well, but the second time I was asked for a $50 deposit for the same waterslide I rented the first time. Anyway I didn't think anything of it, so I complied and gave the $50 deposit. The day that I ordered the rental the workers didn't tell me that the deposit is included in the final total, so I paid full price plus the deposit. I ended up paying $345 for a $295 waterslide. On top of that we were kind enough to tip the two workers that came out $30 each !! Just beware. Also if this happens to you don't stop until you get your money back! I've tried twice. The second time he told us that he would have it handled but nothing ever happened. $50 isn't the biggest amount of money but that's a bill that could have been paid. Ok so I was never told that the deposit is going to be included in the final total, there's been places that I made a deposit and got it refunded after. As a owner in my opinion, you should have made that clear for me and this all could have been avoided. We just double checked and you never called us back not even once! We are very honest people. This is the last time I talk to you about it, we are very frustrated with how you handle situations but at least you'll be more careful for future customers. read more

BEWARE IF YOU'RE RENTING ON SUNDAY! They don't tell you ahead of time that they spend the morning picking up rentals from the day before, so if you plan a party that starts at 12, they won't get there in time. Even if you give them plenty of notice (as in at least 3 days notice) that you need them by 11am. I was told days before that they would be able to deliver by 11. I rented a small canopy, 5 tables, and 30 chairs, so it wasn't a very large order. I called at 11 and was told they were on their way and would be there in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later I called back since they still were not there. I was told "They left 15 minutes ago and should be there any minute." I asked the manager to call them just to see where they were as I still had decorating to do and 30 minutes before guests show up. He basically refused and was rather rude about it. 20 minutes later they STILL have not shown up so I call back and cancel, telling them my guests are starting to arrive. I'm lucky I had a friend that pulled through last minute. PUNCTUALITY MATTERS!!! This company needs to adopt a better business model. I HIGHLY suggest you look elsewhere. EDIT: I'll add since the owner has responded: I was told about this picking up Saturdays orders at 11:45am the day of my party, which was supposed to start at 12, from the owner himself and that was the first I heard of it. Maybe if you know you have 60 orders on a Sunday, pick up orders for early parties on Saturday or inform your clients before the day of their party that there is NO GUARANTEE to receive your order before "1pm" as you all "spend the morning picking up orders from the previous day." And make sure your employees know to communicate that with your clients. There was a huge lack of professionalism here and some serious miscommunication. I definitely will not be returning. read more

I used Valley Jumpers this past Saturday for my daughter's birthday and I was very pleased with the over all service. The website is very easy to use, straight to the point. The person I was in contact with was very nice and responded to my text messages faster than what I expected. Their was a little hiccup with the times we had set for drop off and pick up of the jumper but not enough to dock any stars. Eric with valley jumpers was very helpful while planning my wedding! I was able to book with a fairly short notice, and wasn't sure how many guest and he gave me the option to change number of tables and chairs needed up until the last minute. I liked that I could text him to book everything, his responses were always in a timely manner! When tables were delivered, one was broken, luckily we were able to fix it on our own to still utilize it because we didn't realize it until after they left. Super friendly and easy to work with! Just make sure you set up precise times for drop off and pick up, there was a little confusion with that on our event. But they got it taken care of! They had a great price on jumpers...even as a last minute addition to our 4th of July party. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was the timing of the pick up and drop offs were not what we had originally discussed.
