I talked to like 6 different firms, and what immediately drew me to Prestige was Nestor's professionalism and demeanor. He was easy to talk to, kind and very sharp. He wasn't pushy, and clearly explained the way in which he would approach my case. Up to that point, every firm I talked to was requiring me to sign lengthy service contracts filled with a lot of red flags and broad indemnity clauses. Nestor on the other hand was honest and up front, telling me he could take on my case for an extremely reasonable flat fee, and no ridiculous 10 page contract requiring a kidney as collateral. The intake alone was a breath of fresh air. Having just finished my case, I can also say this team delivers above and beyond what's expected. I honestly feel like I owe more than I paid. The business owner(Fahad) was very quick to respond to my questions and even offered to provide me shuttle service home. So appointment was made and job did. I've had a PPF done on a vehicle before so I was well aware of having some bubbles that have to dry out,completely seal over time and eventually disappear. After the job was completed I noticed some issues with the PPF on my hood and bumper fender which were all addressed and taken care of at a later date. The babysitter we were assigned, Rima, arrived on time and kept us updated on how things were going. She brought games and activities for my 7 year old daughter based on her interests, which I appreciated. The only thing that was a bit challenging is that we had to communicate with our babysitter via the Telegram app, which was new and different for me. I would have preferred WhatsApp or simple texting instead.
