The quality of construction far surprasses anything we have ever seen. He uses the same subcontractors over and over. They showed up on schedule and completed their work on time. Their work is mediocre, and I have had to hire others to fix their mistakes. I had a painter coming over Memorial day weekend and they had not finished the trim work like they were supposed to. They quit working by Tuesday of Memorial day weekend. I wish I could get that many days off for a holiday weekend. When we called the foreman he sounded like he was already drunk. Super unprofessional.
