Worst tax company to ever do your taxes with. Better off just doing it on Turbo tax or the IRS website. They put the wrong address on my file, wouldn't answer the phone when calling for an update, spelled my dependents name wrong just overall sloppy work. 3 months after filing and still haven't received anything. Ended up calling the offices since I was getting the run around and Irma answered and she was AMAZING. So thank you Irma for being incredibly helpful! read more

Decided to find a new place to file my taxes and I came across this place, Valley Tax Group. I'm a big review person so I do my research before going anywhere. Valley Tax Group has a good owner however his assistant or worker whatever she is, her name is Irma is very rude. I have no idea why I even let her file my taxes, everything she does seems very forced. You can tell she does not like her job. I will not be coming here next year due to her, she filed my taxes and the IRS ended up not even giving me back the money she stated they would give me.. when I brought her the letter IRS Sent me she read it as if it was joke, probably because it's not her money they are messing with. Would not recommend this place to anybody, unless the owner himself is going to file everything because his employees are HORRIBLE. read more

Took my tax documents to Sam at the beginning of February and come June he still hadn't filed my taxes. He filed an extension for me in April saying that he was very busy but he never finished my taxes. I was little skeptical first cause he looked so young (as we all judge people) but once I started to talk with him I was pretty impressed. He was very professional, and was very knowledgeable.
