Do not give them your money. We had them do our counters and showers 3 years ago. Our shower shelf fell off the wall, due to a poor glue and caulk job, and completely broke our bench. It took them 6 weeks to come! They told us the day they were supposed to show up that the bench broke in transit. Rescheduled for a few days later, they no called no showed, then later said they didn't have the material, then said they'd call us on Monday to reschedule, NEVER called. We are in shock that a company can still run with such AWFUL customer service and scheduling! Needless to say- they finally arrived and still charged us $400, left a mess in the shower and through my house to the front door. Very unprofessional in my opinion. If you are thinking about using them, don't! Just go with a different company - don't waste your time or money with them! read more

Did a great job installers left a mess would recommend but I had to clean up a lot after them.

Recently used Valley View Granite and am very disappointed in their integrity and the experience that I have had. We paid for Ornamental granite, however, they installed Ornamental White. After it was brought to their attention and after an hour long appointment with them at our home, where the gentleman stated "it's the same thing" when it clearly isn't the same color and did not have any manners nor was polite about the situation. Valley View Granite has decided to not replace the countertop with the proper product that we ordered. It is very disappointing and shows that they do not stand behind customer satisfaction with their products and installment. It's an unfortunate situation and the way they have handled it was not with kindness and sympathy for their mistake. I do not recommend this company. read more

My husband and I recently built a new home up in Fielding, Utah and Valley View Granite was our go to company. Beginning with Kate from design. SHE WAS AMAZING, listened to our wants and needs and knew just what we wanted. She was definitely a "trusted advisor" to us. The products came on time and just as we envisioned. Terrible service! We had an appointment and took the day off we were ready to spend money and pick out granite for our new house we are building. Super unhelpful not willing to let us see smaller remnant pieces. Don't waste your time with the drive. We had valley view do our kitchen 8 years ago and they did a beautiful job. The employees at Valley View Granite in Tremonton have been wonderful to work with. They did an amazing job on our kitchen counter tops. We knew so little about all the decisions that need to be made such as edge profiles and corner radius, let alone the material to use. They patiently taught us and helped us so that we could make a decision that fit our needs. The template worker was friendly and quick and did an amazing job with his top of line equipment. The install was also impressive. Our counter was in two pieces because of the size, and it matched perfectly at the seam. We are now having them do our bathroom vanity top as well as the windowsill, and again everyone has been great to work with. Impeccable service, we highly recommend them. read more

Terrible customer service, sub-par job on product. Chillete(service rep) was horrible. She blamed others, couldn't answer questions, didn't communicate respectfully, didn't schedule timely (which I think was on purpose) and even hung up on me! This company shouldn't be allowed to work with Lowes. I purchased with Lowes and they sub-contracted with VVG and so I was stuck in a contract with a company that snubbed me a cheap Lowe's customer! Worst experience my Dad has ever had. We spent months working with Valley View on getting Quartz for our full remodel. We completed all the paperwork and were told that the next step was to install. They told us it would be no longer than a week to install once they came and measured. Then the day we were ready to measure our contractor called and they told us our sales person quit (not sure on the name) and apparently never turned in the paper work that we signed months before which also included our sink selections, cut preferences, install date, etc.. Apparently their employees quitting is now my problem. After my contractor called and relayed the bad news I called them directly and during my intial phone call they said they could come measure still, but install would be 4-5 weeks out. That's outrageous considering they said 1 week from measuring. They said the delay was because they are 'so busy.' I understood they were busy and called the next day to see if they had any flexibility to meet the 1 week timeline they gave me earlier. I spoke to Stephanie "the scheduler" and she told us the soonest they could install was July 23rd - no exceptions. She was extremely snotty and could have cared less about what they had promised us. My father delayed knee surgery once already based on their scheduler had promised and she told him that was his problem. Stephanie was nothing but horrible to work with. We ended up going with Out of the Woods in Layton, who after hearing our experience was able to squeeze us in with the same quartz fully installed in half the time. Don't waste your time with Valley View. They are not only rude and inconsiderate, they could also care less at meeting a deadline or even a simple expectation. Thankfully my $9,000.00 went elsewhere. HORRIBLE Customer Service. After being instructed by our Sales Agent, we drove 106 miles to the plant to pick out our material only to be told we had no right to choose (with the grade we selected) and we were invited to leave. We informed our Sales Agent who disagreed but nothing was done. We had an appt set to measure the templates, it was ignored, we called the estimator and was told he was never given the job. We WENT to the showroom to ask what happened, they showed us the appt in the computer. They just blew us off. After finally getting our template measured we had to call them to find out about the install date. They informed us it wouldn't be anytime soon because they don't have the material for our island we tried to examine. We asked if we could get the other counters installed so we can have some semblance of a working kitchen. They told us "sure... you have to pay the $275 trip charge to come back out and install the island." Unreal !!! They're Five Day Turnaround Policy is pointless, clearly. After being assured we'd be called by our PM on Friday we called them Wed, of the following week, his answer "...I don't know... I'll have scheduling call you" obviously, they never did. They have our down payment so I'll call the CEO Blake Christensen and see if he cares. I'll let you know. read more

We did get a call from Valley View that next Friday. it was right before 5 and by the time I was able to call back it was after 5. Waited the weekend called Monday morning left a message. Called in the afternoon left a message. This went on with no call backs until Thursday (almost a week later) when I sent them an email asking for a call back. Finally the next day I got a call back. They said they didn't have any of the information from Lowes except for my number to call me. They said they would call Lowes and get back to me. No call Friday. I called VVG and Lowes on Monday. Lowes said VVG had all the info they needed. It took getting VVG and Lowes management into a meeting to get someone to come out and measure. Guy came to measure on a Tuesday said a couple of days and he would get the stuff back to lowes so we can pay. Friday call Lowes, they still don't have the measurments. Finally Tuesday we get the call from Lowes with the cost. We go right down to pay and they said a week for the granite. Its February now. The next week we get a call from VVG and they say we should have the granite installed on the 14th. Ok. thats more then a week but ok. Then a couple days later we get a call that its been delayed and it will be the 20th. So more then a month after we ordered. We finally get it installed and it looks good. Then in June we start noticing that its starting to darken around the sink area. Call VVG and ask to have someone come look at it. over a week later some guy just randomly shows up and says oh I need to reheat this. So he goes to his truck gets some materials and does some work. I have to leave because I have to get to work so I say I need to leave for work I didn't know you were coming but my kids are home and you can finish what your doing. He then tells me that it's our fault that the counter is turning color because water can get on the granite and we have not been wiping it up. I said well we have had granite before and we have never had that happen if kids don't wipe it up right away. Then he says well you shouldn't leave dish soap and hand soap on the counter it will cause it from the oil. I again said never had a problem before. Then he said well you shouldn't have gotten such a light color granite. I said well we are under the impression that granite should be sealed and not soak up the water to which he responded with all granite is different. He said for 150.00 he can get the darkening out of the counter. But it might take a few trips. I said nope, just get your stuff and you can leave. I again said I didn't know you were coming and I had to leave. From the moment we tried to have contact with them in January they seemed to play the blame game: we didn't get any phone messages, Lowes didn't send us any information, its your fault you picked such a light color and now its starting to go dark. Its your fault because you didn't clean up water spills right away. (And with kids doing dishes that could be true but again we have had granite before and never had issue) I wouldn't use them again. And I won't recommend them to anyone. read more
