Customer service was pretty good from what I've experienced in the automotive business and I had a nice conversation with the man at the counter learning about their issues about taking over the business from the previous owner. Overall an appreciated local establishment since I like to shop local in Kerman and I'm glad to know that there is another option in town for specific car parts other than the large chain stores

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have never been talked to by any business owner the way I was talked to by this one. Rude and very unprofessional. All because I arrived at 4:28pm and their sign says they close at 5pm. The little b*t*h with the goatee and the owner clearly don't want to make money since they treat their customers like sh*t. read more
