Hi All, Valli Hi is an Angus Ranch with so much to offer. From 1/4 and 1/2 beef offerings to delicious bulk ground beef, bone in roasts, organ meats, carne asada, bratwurst, marrow bones, knuckle bones, lamb roasts, rack of lamb, lamb garlic butter sausage ( a household favorite) to beef bones for soup or a treat for your dog! We love this local ranch and their owner Candy is just the sweetest lady! We found them one day after shopping at lake View fruits and have been visiting their shop ever since. Valli Hi also offers activities like bottle feeding baby cows. We met and fed baby Gravy, a sweet lil twin that was getting extra love from people like ourselves that wanted to experience feeding a baby moo moo ! Anyway, I can't say enough good things about this ranch and the quality of their meats and the variety available.
