The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ordered my 10 year old pizza with pepperoni. I forgot that pepperoni here is spicy peppers. The waiter could tell he didn't like it and I was picking off the peppers. He insisted on bringing a new pizza for my son! Didn't have to do that! Then boxed up the pizza with peppers for us to take home. All of the food was excellent! One son had lasagna that was very good. My husband had a filet with potatoes and spinach, all excellent. The shrimp in white wine sauce that my daughter had was great, nice big shrimp. My shrimp scampi over linguini was excellent as well. Cash only, Euros. Or German credit card. The food is great, except that I ordered pizza, but was given a kind of bread, I was unsure if I made wrong but ate it anyway. At the end of our meal, I cannot stop wanting to check the bill to make sure what exactly what I ordered. But whether my flustering attitude or poor German terrified the old lady staff. She responded quite rude from my opinion. She said " don't touch the bill if you're not the one to pay the bill! (Of course I want to pay, but need to check exactly which I order!)" . And she was acting this, avoiding me so many time when I just tried to look at the bill! That's a clear message: "you don't deserve my patience, if you don't pay (all her thinking)" Childish old lady and hurt my feeling a lot. 100% food with 0% service, never be sure when my second visit is, since it's also people, not food, that repel me. Nach langem Warten mussten wir selbst bei der Filiale anrufen, um zu fragen, ob unsere Bestellung überhaupt fertig sei und wo der Fahrer bleibt. Uns wurde mitgeteilt, dass die Bestellung jetzt erst rausgeht - das ist absolut unprofessionell. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass online angezeigt wurde, wir hätten die Bestellung bereits erhalten, obwohl das nicht stimmte. Und als sie dann endlich ankam, war das Essen komplett eiskalt - absolut enttäuschend. Wir bestellen sehr oft bei Domino's und verstehen, dass es stressige Zeiten gibt. Aber einfach zu sagen "wir haben viel zu tun", ohne jegliche Entschuldigung, ohne Rabatt, ohne ein kleines Extra als Wiedergutmachung - das ist respektlos gegenüber treuen Kunden. Gerade bei regelmäßigen Bestellungen erwartet man wenigstens ein Mindestmaß an Kundenservice. Wirklich schade - wir hoffen sehr, dass sich der Service künftig wieder verbessert.

The meat was standard fare (the best Döner meat award goes to the place in the Karlsruhe train station) and the spicy bit was a sauce instead of the usual powder. My daughter and I chose to eat at the restaurant instead of in the car. We took a table outside under the awning. Terrific location, very relaxing, not too much vehicle traffic but tons of cyclists (it is Bonn, after all). There are a few parking spots on the side of the building but there's on-street parking just past the place on the right by a church. Staff was very nice, spoke/understood English well enough that I got what I wanted and they got the right amount of money.
