AWFUL - TERRIBLE - WORST SERVICE Valter Pinchiaroli needed…read morethe Chambre des Notaires to finish the mortgage transfer from BMO to Manulife properly. He cost me $2,200 $ CAD in bank charges and late penalties, on top of his notary fees. 1st not preparing the contract before date of mortgage maturity & incurring late fees from BMO. 2nd addressing funds from Manulife to the wrong BMO branch necessitating me to pay 3 mortgage payments past the date of the maturity. I had to personally track down & physically bring in the check to BMO. After mortgage transfer was complete, with Chambre des Notaires checking his work, I applied for mediation and it took the investigator from 10/2024 - 04/2025 over 6 months to get a reply about my case: to which he offered an insulting $100 for any of my duress or cost. In 40 years of experience, buying, selling property & procuring legal representation on documents he's the absolute worst notary I've ever dealt with.
