So I've been using this place for the last decade. And after the old couple sold this business to the new owners it's really gone downhill. 1. Their hours posted are never the the correct hours. They'll just be randomly not there even when they're supposed to be open. 2. They've switched to cash-only abruptly which is a pain especially if you weren't expecting this and have to go pull cash from an ATM. My go too neighborhood dry cleaners is at value cleaners! Location is on goldenwest and bolsa, next to Jon's supermarket. Plenty of parking. Interior is a old school as it feels like renovations has never been done since they opened haha. None the less, I'm here for the service, price and quality of work on my dry cleaning. One thing is the owner and workers are friendly and always have a smile on there face. I usually dry clean my suits when i have a wedding to attend. They usually get it done in a few days. An example, I dropped my suit off on a Friday and pick up is a on Tuesday. So be sure if you need something done quick, do it at the beginning of the week. read more

First time going to this dry cleaner and the experience was great. I spoke with the owners a bit and it is locally owned by this cute Korean couple, really nice and down to earth people! I had a LOT to dry clean, almost 30 shirts, 3 suits and 2 pants, and they quoted me about 4 days to get it done which is faster than my previous experiences. The pricing is fair and reasonable, and because of COVID, they were also selling cute laniards that their daughter made to hold your mask on your neck which I got one and it works great! This place is by the corner of the strip mall in the Jon's parking lot off Goldenwest. I have had my share of experiences with cleaners and tailors. I had it with the cleaners down the street who never took the stains out I asked for, but still charged me for it. Of course I didn't find out till I'm at home, and was tired of the deception and sloppiness. This place not only is more cost effective than what I'm used to, but does exactly what you ask. I came here after raves of my mom and husband, when your husband insists on going to a certain dry cleaners you might have to listen. I finally did, and am so glad I went. They've handled his wedding tux, and all his work clothes. Now I'm bringing some of my stuff and have been pleased thus far. Took my 5 work shirts in for cleaning and press. Lady at the counter didn't quote me the price and as I left I thought it shouldn't be more than 1 to 3 dollars each shirt since all 5 were brand new shirts never worn. When I went back a few days later the shirts were ready and I asked how much. The lady said $19.75. I'm like how much per shirt. She says $3.75 each . I'm like thanks for telling me the price when I dropped them off and I'll not be back her again. It would be nice to have a price chart customers can see instead of a small paper at the far end of the place. I do not recommend this place. read more

Each time I've used this service the person at the counter, whom I believe is the owner, condescends to me. It is hard to understand why she feels it necessary to belittle a person for each question they have about the process or a garment. They do good cleaning work, but I'm so put off by the behavior of the owner that I simply can't go back to this place despite its convenient location. read more

I've been coming here for over 10 years. We live nearby and the prices are competitive , so they are great. My husband is a tax accountant so he wears dress shirts and ties often. Brought in 3 dresses for dry-clean and the total came up to be around $80. I decided not to continue because that was a ridiculous amount. This place is 3 minutes form home, so I just thought I stop by to try out instead of going to my usual place. I did not see the price list in the store, which is understandable since different fabric requires different care, but giving me a price without explanation is a bit extreme. I cannot speak for the quality work they do there, but the 1 star is for the customers service and the price tag. read more

I gave them two stars because they've dry cleaned my clothes fine once before, but this last time, all the coats, pants and sweaters I got back smelled like wet dog!! The smell won't go away so I will have to take everything to another cleaner. You can smell that smell as soon as you walk in and it just smells unhygienic. read more
