After that, he sticks his personal cell phone in my face to take a picture without warning or explanation. I wasn't even looking toward him. Then he uses his personal cell phone to take a picture of my drivers license. I say that's incredibly rude and demand answers as to what's going on. He claimed it's an app and shows me the computer to show me it's connected. Then the guy next to him, I assume some sort manager yells at me and screams they are getting the pictures one way or the other and points to a sign. I explain that I haven't agreed to do business with them yet and they have no right to take a picture especially of my license on personal devices. The use of personal devices is disgusting. Who knows what's getting stored on their phones. Although I do have reservation about pictures I understand why they want too. They need to be done on company own devices.

We called again because it's been over that timeframe and she told us that they haven't even found anyone to come out to us yet. "Sir, it's Sunday, places are closed." We are aware it's Sunday. Don't rent out your faulty trucks then on a Sunday if you can't find someone to fix it. 4 hours until someone finally showed up. Customer service is RUDE. It's 100 degrees outside (not exaggerating) and my brother said to her "ma'am it's hot outside, and hotter inside the truck, what would you like us to do. She said "well, you better find somewhere to sit inside then." After we sit there for 5 hours in the heat, since hello we are stranded, the mechanic said it's not drivable. So here we are again, back at square one. We call them again, and they say, "We're not sure what to do right now, we have to wait until the coordinator lets us know." So finally they call us back and they say they are going to tow the truck the remaining 3 hours until they get to the destination. It took another 2 HOURS for the tow truck to arrive. But what's awful on them is that we paid for 3 DAYS. And we had a useless truck sitting in the driveway that we PLANNED on using the remaining days to pick up things and move more things when we got there. They got the truck from us on day 2 and that was that. We used the truck for 3 hours. That's it. When we tried to call and ask for compensation they offered my brother 125 dollars. That's it. They said that they got our stuff where it needs to be and they REFUSED anything else. They never fulfilled the contract and now we are planning to take it higher considering they refused to refund us. Budget, this is how you treat your customers?

After hiring a van, to pick up some heavy products from a local Home Depot store to deliver them to my home, after taking the van back, this dumba$$ forgot to look in the side pocket of the door, to ensure I had everything with me. As it was getting late into the evening, the van was given it's usual inspection, and they confirmed the van didn't have any damage on it, or in it, and I was good to go. The following morning, I received a phone call from the gentleman who'd served me the day previously, and he informed me that I had left my wallet in the side door panel. After dropping off the van, and going back home, I didn't even realize I was without my wallet. I had over $800 in cash, my credit cards, my ID, my UK ID, as well as irreplaceable, and personal keep sakes within my wallet. "Hello, Sir. We have located your wallet within the side door of the vehicle you hired from yesterday. We have placed your wallet in our safe, for safe keeping, ready for you to pick up at your earliest convenience", was all I needed to hear. On returning to the store, EVERYTHING was still in my wallet. EVERYTHING. All my cash. All of my credit cards. My ID's, and keeps sakes. EVERYTHING. I thanked the gentleman who found my wallet, and who'd called me to tell me about my missing wallet, and, of course, I thanked him also by my insistence of giving him a reward for his honesty Losing my wallet would have been a HUGE inconvenience to me, to be able to replace the cards, and ID's. But the keep sakes would have been lost if it wasn't for their honesty (Unfortunately I didn't catch the gentleman's name for me to be able to give him due credit within this review. But I'm sure he knows who I'm writing about if he reads this). And for that alone, I give this company 5* Stars
