Aamco took it for a drive and tested the transmission fluid and found that the fluid was very deteriorated but nothing else wrong. Changing the transmission fluid worked wonders-the car is now running smoother and much more responsive and powerful, even then the highway goes uphill (where it was sometimes having problems before- now it's maintaining speed and power and shifting to a higher gear as it should). They even offer local transportation when you drop off/pick up. Thank You Aamco! Highly recommend, will come here for all maintenance.

The surprising part is even if my engine air filter needs replacing, they never carry it. Put it in the notes and either stock it or don't pull it next time. They provide tire rotation, but always make excuses why they can't do it or tell me the treads are wearing evenly. They are wearing evenly BECAUSE THEY GET ROTATED! I have no words. The lack of urgency and communication was unacceptable. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

Since the last Dr. Appointment was in the vicinity of Mr. Tire in Garner I decided to stop by to see if I could get someone to check my tire. I went in and a nice young man came to the counter and wrote up a ticket for the check up. Then another gentleman came very quickly and took the vehicle in back and checked the tire. Fortunately for me it only need some air added which the gentleman added plus checked the other tires for problems. I was willing to pay just to make sure all was safe on my vehicle. The young man told me there was no charge. I want to give these guys all my praise for their kindness. You don't find this too often in our world today. I will not forget them. The manager is refusing to take ownership of the mistake and leaving me with a possible $3000 worth of damage that needs to be fixed to keep me and my child safe in our car. This place has had issues with customer service in the past, and they will continue to have issues if they dont treat their customers . UNFORTUNATE UPDATE: The estimate is $7000, the store is still lying and Bridgestone/Firestone coorporate is refusing to help with damages.
