Their beer, Curtius, has taken over the town, and for good reason - it's a great, dry Blonde, at 7%, with a little cloudiness that's likely the result of some wheat in the mash. It's like a Duvel but drier and not quite as strong. They have a bar menu but were out of most things when we were there. So we got hapjes (chicken wings) and the cheese plate, which had 3 outstanding cheeses, including a really nice local chevre.

We choose the Nebraska meat Tartar starter and for our main course the Nebraska meatball and the filet of Nebraska beef. Both the starter and the main course were of exceptional quality and taste. The tartar is prepared at your table so you can choose your own ingredients. As the portions were very big, can be a bit smaller for me, we had no room for dessert, unfortunately. But there will be a next time.. that is for sure. Also a tip, start with a pre dinner drink in the Capella Bar this is one of the best bars I have ever been.
