Careful here people. I paid $250 upon walking into the door. Final billing ended up being just a…read morefew dollars short of $700 for removal of a single dog hair from the sole of my foot. Appointment took all of 3 minutes and I was out the door. Insurance paid all but $35 and when I didn't pay this total after 90 days, they sent it to collections and ADDED a $50 Collection Fee to the bill due! No where on their invoice, statement, etc. did it say a collection fee would be added if not paid in 90 days. I contested this and the fee was removed! I only paid the $35 balance, from the abhorrent bill. My question is, how many people have paid this $50 fee, when they shouldn't have!? I do believe they MUST DISCLOSE finance & collection fees on their statement by law!

I have two horrible leg wounds and I have Fitzpatrick skin type 1 or 2. Super thin skin, freckles with red hair to match. My shins are bandaged for protection and I am gradually healing.
