I had a dent in the rear bumper with a little spot of paint damage. Had estimates from two nearby body repair shops. One was $900 and the other $600. In both cases, the estimate includes the complete removal of the bumper and repainting since it was (according to them) "impossible" to get to the dent. I took it to Van's and Logan (their estimator) and along with a body repairman heated the dent and pushed it out in less than 10 minutes. They touched up the paint chips and charged me nothing. I went to Van Collision and got an estimate for a new grill on my car. I received the estimate and said to go ahead with ordering the grill. I am paying this out of pocket, no insurance. Van's called and said the part was in....great news right....I took my car over to have the grill installed, gave my keys to Kyle who did the estimate and he said it would be an hour. After the grill was installed he said the grill was more money...$300 more money. I said you have to be kidding me. You had two opportunities to tell me the estimate was higher before the grill was installed. I would never, never use this place....they lied and over charged. A true disgrace. read more

Before knowing what I know now, I would have given this company 5 stars as everyone I worked with was friendly and professional and I was satisfied with the service I received. I brought my car in as it had some minor damage that needed to be repaired. As I said, I was happy with that repair and went on my way. I stupidly did not do any homework beforehand to get a feel of what it would cost. I happily paid what they quoted me although it did seem a little high. I brought my car in recently as it needed another repair. I had done some shopping around with a few places to get an estimate of what it would cost. What I was quoted here was DOUBLE TO TRIPLE what other collision centers are charging. I got about 7 quotes from places within a few miles and Van's was $600 over the second highest quote. I now realize I was severely taken advantage of the first time I brought my car here and I am extremely embarrassed I did not do research beforehand. I really felt as though I could trust these people and I feel that they took advantage of that. I am very disappointed in both myself and this company. Please save yourself the money and shame and go to another place nearby. read more

My experience with this place started about two years ago when my insurance company sent me over. They fixed the car to the manufacturer-new condition within the time period I asked for. Lately, I found the rear window frame popped up and took the car to the dealer. My service guy didn't know how serious the problem was and whether the gaps would lead water to get inside of the car. He gave me an appointment for service department to check and repair but the appointment was a couple of days away. I then pulled my car to Van and asked for an estimation. The gentleman (sorry forgot his name) took a look and said let me try. He used some tools and pushed the frame in and sealed it with the rub, and told me you are good to go. No charge! I had scuff damage from dinging the inside of my own garage and was referred to Van Collision by Pinnacle. I arrived right at 6:00 closing time and was greeted by Jay who was happy to look at the requirements and set up to come back next morning at my convenience. I have taken my car here before, and the work was top notch. I take my car here this time.... I was told my car would be down for a week, and by a week they meant 2. I had to call and see what the status was on my car, no one called me to let me know what was going on. I finally get my car back, repair looks good. I get it home and notice there's a crack in my carbon fiber hood. So I call Steve the next day, to see what can be done about it. I take it back to them... NOPE, we didn't do that, there's no possible way we could've done it, and we didn't even go under the hood. I drive a heavily modified Honda Civic Si. Its a car that people notice, and if given the opportunity, they will look under the hood to see what its got.. After saying there's no possible way that crack could've been caused by them, THEY OFFER ME A $100 GIFT CARD!!!!! If you didn't damage my car, WHY ARE YOU OFFERING ME A GIFT CARD??????? I don't want a gift card. I want my $800 carbon fiber hood replaced!! This was almost two weeks ago, and I still haven't heard from them. I will not be returning there, nor will I recommend anyone. read more

I brought my Toyota Sienna in after being rear-ended and having a lot of damage done to the back of the car. Brian the Director and George the Manager were a pleasure to work with and handled everything very professionally and went the extra mile to be sure the repairs were done right and I was happy. I highly recommend them. During the time my car was in the shop, I rented a car from Enterprise which has an office located at Van Collision. It was very convenient and they gave me a very nice car to drive which was paid for by the insurance company of the driver that hit me. All in all it was a seamless process and I was very happy with them as well. I walked away with a zero balance, but returned when I remembered that I had forgotten to fill the tank of the rental. I didn't want to be charged for that and was prepared to refill it, but they said "forget it." I am a very fussy customer and I don't give good reviews often, but these guys deserve it. I don't like seeing companies that try so hard to please...and succeed, be bad mouthed the way some reviewers on Yelp have done in the past. read more

I was very impressed with Van's Collision Center. The actual price of the repair was lower than the quote -when does that happen and I had gotten a quote from another auto body shop in the area which was about $300 more than Van's. The communication was excellent. I received a call each day updating me on the progress as well as email alerts as my car entered each stage of the process. ie. Your car is now in the paint shop. The car was also completed 1 day ahead of schedule. There is an Enterprise rental desk right at the facility so it couldn't be more convenient. I was very pleased with the service at Van's and would recommend them. read more

I have had 4 different vehicles into this shop over the past few years and they fixed everything fast and professionally. Only one time was it due to a very minor collision where someone dented my driver door when backing up. The other three were for small ding and scratch removals. do not rent from enterprise rent a car, on van collision property...scam artists...told them i did not want any extra insurance...got a bill for the extra insurance....a $25.00 up charge turned into $110.00 ...rip off ....could have rented a car cheaper thru costco across the street!! van did nice work on my car but under no circumstances should you rent a car from enterprise... your insurance only covers so much...buyer beware.....go to budget down the street, they will bring you a car..... read more

Unfortunately my experience mimicked 'Kevin D' from earlier in 2014. The service by "Jorge and Brian" was No Service. Always had to call to find out status and after 16 days of rental car service found out No Work had been done because "waiting for insurance" yet the 'insurance' was waiting for them. Finally upon showing up in person and getting no where with Brian spoke to a "Director" who had the tone of a tree for customer service who said he would resolve this and call me back when he had information. He did call me back after my insurance contacted me 4 hours later the same day to tell the vehicle was a total loss after I had originally been told two days prior the vehicle was repairable if Van Collision would submit a final invoice. Even the estimate and condition of vehicle that Van Collision submitted was inaccurate and I had to spend 4 hours working with my insurance to correct Van's poor paperwork submission to receive a fair and equitable settlement. I had experience with this business in the past and it was stellar which is why I had my car towed there but the staff of today are nothing like the past and for that I would NEVER recommend this business to anyone in the future since my customer experience is the worst I have ever experienced! read more
