He was more pricey than other lawyers I had contacted, but I explained to him that I was willing to pay more because I couldn't afford to lose my driver's license. Mr. Fiorletta told me on two separate occasions that he had just won a DUI/OWI case for another client with a very similar situation that I found myself in. He allowed me to make payments, which I appreciated at the time, but looking back I have no idea what I paid him for. The only good outcome was that I avoided jail time. However, he told me specifically after the judge ordered me a 30 day license suspension that I just needed to wait those 30 days, and would be eligible and able to apply for a restrictive license, which would allow me to still drive to places of necessity. But, a week or so later I received a document in the mail from the SOS office, stating I would not be eligible for license reinstatement period until March of 2026. So, after reading this, I was starting to get worried and was a little confused, as he previously advised to me that I would only have to wait 30 days. I reached out to him about it, and he asked me to send the document over via email and told me he would get back to me. I never heard from him and reached out again expressing my concern and wondering if he reached a conclusion as to why I received that document, and if it was a mistake. He told me he did not find out anything further, and said to me, "you know how contacting the SOS can be". I didn't think anything of it at first, still holding onto what he initially said to me. The day of my sentencing, he asked me first thing in the morning if I was going to make my final payment that day. I thought that was wild that he was asking me for it 4 days before my payment was due. Then he told me before we even entered the court room that no matter what the judge decides for my sentencing, it's completely up to the SOS to decide whether I get my license back, and when I could even be able to re-apply for one. I was so shocked, because before he told me I just needed to ride it out for those 30 days. He acted like he had no knowledge of that, and that it was news to him. What kind of lawyer doesn't fully understand or have the knowledge of the legal side of the exact subject that he claims to know how to represent? Well after my sentencing, I made my last payment. I reached out to him several times with questions/concerns in final steps for my case, and he never returned any of my messages.

What followed was one of the most frustrating and unprofessional legal experiences I've ever encountered. Communication was a disaster from the start. Messages went unanswered for weeks. I was shuffled between three different attorneys, often with no explanation. Important court deadlines were missed or brought to my attention at the last minute. At one point, my attorney called me five minutes before a hearing to ask how to proceed. Even worse was the billing. I was charged for 30 minutes of attorney time to create the law firm's holiday schedule -- a task that had nothing to do with my case. After paying a second $4,500 retainer in January 2025, I repeatedly requested an invoice or refund once the case closed -- and I've received neither. In the end, I had to settle my own divorce without meaningful legal help, despite having paid thousands for professional representation. As of early 2025, Mr. Crowe's license was suspended for misconduct related to previous client mistreatment. I strongly encourage others to research this firm thoroughly before hiring.

This firm lied to me, in writing, about filing my legal paperwork with the county. They only…read moreadmitted this when I contacted the county and secured proof that Wealthy St had not submitted any paperwork; when faced with this proof, I did not receive an apology but a handful of excuses. They ran three different lawyers on my case; the first two failed to do anything at all. The employee turnover and general disconnection from their clients is alarming, but not as alarming as what happened at the end: The night before (at nearly 7pm!) our appearance before the judge (at 9am), my THIRD lawyer was assigned. Apparently the second one quit the firm, but who knows, he'd been dodging my inquiries for months. This new person wanted me to email all the case files to his GMAIL. Upon arrival at court, he failed to treat it as an evidentiary hearing. The judge threw the case out because of Wealthy St's gross misconduct. The only reason it wasn't thrown out with prejudice was because I brought hardcopies of all documents for my lawsuit and was able to clearly describe the matter at hand. Wealthy St has had 10 months to return my payment. They've failed to return my messages during this time, much less my money. They will steal your money. They will misrepresent you.
