I quoted what I heard him say. He listen to me respectfully tell my story until I was done. He the proceeded to tell me that this was marketing and I should move back to California! My area code gives it away. I then said seriously you think this is ok? He then said he supposes I was a government retiree! Accused me of dropping the F bomb to which I said I was quoting your employee. Then asked if I was done and said I am going to hang up now! Would NEVER even consider using tis company!
