Initially was told the owner was the only one who could give an estimate. Had to wait just to schedule. Two days later I got the appointment for the estimate. On the morning of the estimate I get a text approximately 40 mins before the estimate saying the appointment needed to be cancelled and they would call the following week to reschedule.....and they never did.
