They accept walk-ins graciously and have a good system to be able to handle a larger crowd. It probably takes between 1/2 hour- 45 minutes from the time you walk in the door, based on my visits so far. When you first enter, go to the kiosk and sign in. Had to get my nails done for a wedding recently and discovered all the latest nail technology (ie powder dip yay!)...it's improved a lot since my first (and last -acrylic no!) set of nails happened 25 years ago. (I have had a mani/pedi here and there with just clear polish.). They do use the nail grinder...it is necessary to score the polish to allow paint remover to seep in and to get the old "powder" off. However, Hannah was very gentle and uses it sparingly. In the past, I limited having my nails done because - frankly- worries about contributing to human trafficking; generally toward Asian women who may or may not be forced to work against their will. Have you ever been a salon where the women rarely talk, keep their heads down, have a very flat affect and just work? They seem to be admonished if they talk at all. It's disconcerting. Although the owners can occasionally be difficult to understand, they are very sweet, happy and gracious people. They have a systematic way to do nails, so if you have trouble understanding them, they gesture or gently lift the finger they want to work on. Also, it becomes easier to understand their system as you go through the manicure. There's always a tv on for a show to watch while you're getting your nails done too. You can get a frequent customer card. The dipped nail set cost $33. Highly recommend that you pamper yourself while supporting this small family-owned business.

For example, came one a Wed morning around 1010 for a shellac manicure. 2 people were at manicure stations and 2 in pedicure stations. Then one of the ladies getting a manicure moved over to pedicure, and one of the ladies getting pedicure ended up getting manicure as well. So I waited 45 minutes until I just left because.... why did I even wait that long? They do a really good job but of you see people here already getting nails done and only 2 people working, come back.

They told him $42 would completely cover the cost. NOPE. My bill was another $48 on top of the $42. Ok, it is what it is. I went back twice for fills. I had to have 5 nails redone. Ryan was going to fill over the almost completely lifted nails. They did not use sterile drill bits or nail files. After 3 fills, my nails started popping off. Two nails had fungus. One nail is black, the other green. I went back and showed them my nails and stated that I was pissed and wanted my money back. They ignored my request. I showed all the clients in the salon having their nails done. I told them they need to leave if they don't want their nails to look like mine. It is extremely embarrassing. I now have to take an antifungal medicine for at least 6 months. I'm forwarding my medical bills. They will give me my money back. I'll return very mad and make it known this place is disgusting. I am writing this review to strongly warn others against visiting this nail salon. The attached…read morephoto shows the severe damage to my nails immediately after having acrylics applied here. During the service, the technician over-filed my natural nails to an excessively thin state, applied far too much glue, and caused a chemical burn beneath the nail bed. Within days, my nails became infected, resulting in intense pain, swelling, and discoloration. I was forced to have the acrylics professionally removed and required an urgent-care visit for treatment. My nails remain severely compromised, painful, and at risk of permanent damage. When I contacted the salon to request a refund for the poor service and resulting medical costs, they refused to accept any responsibility despite the clear evidence of negligence. I cannot recommend this establishment under any circumstances. Please protect your health and avoid this salon entirely--future clients could easily suffer the same, or even worse, irreversible harm.

I proceeded to wait for 10 min for another person to start my service. The woman cleaned around my acrylic and didn't push back my cuticles. I addressed it when she started to attempt to lay the acrylic down. I explained that my cuticles needed to be pushed back and filed and she insisted she did - not which she didn't. So I pushed my cuticles back and showed her my nails with dead skin and explained I don't want my nails lifting from the dead skin. Long story short the owner didn't even look at my nails and said it was done. This will cause lifting and force customers to pay for nails to be fixed by the time they're due for a fill. THIS IS THEFT! I insisted on paying for my gel being removed and left.
