They came out and did a full inspection of my fireplace and taught us some things about how to use the pilot and our remote. And good news, our fireplace was in good working order and we don't have any carbon monoxide issues or need the chimney swept. No additional service or fees. Honest, trustworthy service personnel and a company that I would recommend.

Different tech called today stating order is from the store and not custom so ready to install. We were like something isn't right. We even verified in Spanish to ensure language barrier wasn't the problem as they also had another person with them on the phone translating and we speak Spanish. We called company back complaining about shadiness and Chloe said manager would be reaching out. Man who called us back stated tech employee was "new" and doesn't know what he was taking about. When we relayed that we recorded the call as CO is a 1 party consent state he then changed his story claiming oh nevermind he's not new only the 1st tech was new and didn't know blah blah. STAY CLEAR. To the other review stating they were threatened with a defamation lawsuit oh I hope they try that with us because lucky for them our business has a fantastic attorney.

Subsequently they overnighted them to address we purchased, however we are not living there for another month due to a rent back period. This is information They had, but chose to ignore. After coming into possession of the checks, we were told land title would handle sending them out to the creditors. After a very rude encounter with their agent, Kathleen shepherd, we were told they do not do that. I spoke w the Brash manager who was more courteous , but still refuses to send the checks out for us. We are now Past due on these accounts they were supposed to pay off for us. frustrating Better communication from land title at closing Could have prevented all of this.
