I attempted to explain this and they ignored it and continued to Copy+Paste information from the USPS website which was told to me over the phone. I expressed that I would wait a few days and handle it from there. The company tried their hardest to pass the buck to USPS but would not contact them. After a two or three message back-and-forth with them, they attempted to make me repurchase the items I had not received and I replied with the following message: --- Me: I'm not paying again for something that I haven't received. I've done business on Paypal for many years and know their policies. I'm not going to continue this back and forth. We will proceed in a few days. --- They responded with the following message: --- Them: Rude ass! That was more than fair for a screw up that is CLEARLY not our fault. Have fun getting your stickers. You paid for stickers and shipping. I shipped your order. You are now banned. --- This is not how you handle customers. I have since put up a dispute with Paypal and reported their Facebook Page.
