However, they all speak good English and they're able to help out in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. Not sure about other language. Today, I went in and got help from Winston for my direct deposit and other things, he was very helpful and extremely efficient. People that went to him came and left within minutes. This particular branch is open a bit later than most other branches in Richmond, which is a bonus for me.
