Do yourself a favor and schedule a time to come in to make sure you have the right amount of coverage for you and your family. You may be shocked (like we were) to see you aren't as covered as you think! Also, I appreciate that LeAnn and her staff are not aggressive when attempting to "sell" an insurance or banking solution. The answer was no, which takes a 5 min phone call. So that caused my account to accrue a balance when I could have went elsewhere and cancelled sooner. I let them know that I'm struggling financially and will pay the balance as soon as I can (2 months or less ago) and now I see that it went to collections. Just horrible customer service all around and I love my new agent so much. Complete 180!!
