As a contractor/Home Inspector for over 30-Years... I'm not a fan of these "Realtor's"... I…read morefound them to be unreasonable and dishonest. They Lied to me repeatedly and even had their clients daughter lying to me directly. At the end, they didn't stand for my pay, and so I was cheated out of 500 dollars by these deceitful liars and cheats. I've been a contractor for over 30-years and I've worked with thousands of realtors... Performed tens of thousands of Home Inspections. This office is one of the deceitful and dishonest offices I've ever dealt with in my opinion. After my having done a fantastic job and passing all the inspections, I didn't get fully paid. I did the Job; In fact way more than I agreed to, and the house was very well restored. No one has ever cut my pay at the end of that much effort. That's why I will never help these "Crooks and Cons" ever again. They lied to me and they conspired with their client to have cheated me. The dishonest client's daughter; Made up a total lie regarding my meeting with the inspector and even after this inspector having signed off on everything I did; Some of it he had approved even in advance of the completion ... But the climate created by theses Crooks and Cons; Had this disgraceful daughter of my client The Adult daughter of the 90' year old client calls me to tell me that the inspector contacted her to tell her that he wanted to inspect the balance of my work after all. When pressed though, she admitted that she was lying. I guess this was inspired by the office of the crooks and cons. They could have told the truth, but the delayed the project and coupled it with the conspiracy to cheat my pay and tell me lies. It's absolutely disgraceful. They got all of the work and then some... So let them post why I didn't paid fully without any harassment. Clearly that's too much to ask from these trailer park level professionals... The inspector had been so impressed with my work that He passed the work I had completed and based upon the excellent quality of that work; He had also signed off on all the work yet to be completed. But then the client's daughter decided to contact me to tell me that the inspector had called her and told her that he decided he needed to inspect my work after all. Why I asked? When pressed she confessed that she was lying. It was already obvious that she was lying. And so not to be bested... They decided to get even by cutting my pay. Note: I did a great job and it passed all inspections before the work was even finished. They made the project more difficult that in had to be. And then at the end, I didn't get fully paid. This is one of the worst experiences with a Real Estate Office I've ever had in. 30+years of doing this.... It seems to me; They just can't be honest in my opinion. And that's why they acted desperate for my help when I walked in... My guess is that They just can't keep good contractors.

He helped ease our concerns about the usual issues associated with a home purchase and constantly assured us that everything would work out fine, and, largely because of him, everything did work out fine! I've since recommended Jurgen to friends and they too were very impressed with him in their home sales or purchase. Most recently, I asked Jurgen for advice with several real estate questions and essentially wasted his time but he happily spent tons of time helping my wife and I. This, to me at least, is the sign of an outstanding realtor who understands how important relationships are. I enthusiastically recommend Jurgen at Cottage and Castles Real Estate.

The county retained Bowman & Williams (B&W) to do preliminary damage evaluations in the disaster area. We were required to obtain 3 quotes to qualify for state and federal disaster relief. B&W offered the required survey and construction design services and always came in with a competitive price. As work actually got underway an alphabet soup of regulatory agencies, FEMA, CA OES, WRCB, F&W, made various demands that impacted the design and B&W always responded quickly to keep the projects on schedule. With all the regulatory hurdles, permits, construction bids and county construction requirements it took until FY 2024-2025 to complete the last project and Bowman & Williams stuck with us thru the last bit of paving and the last guardrail.
