Pros This would be a…read moregreat dentist for people who have had communication issues in the past with their dentist. They took me in a room and asked all sorts of bizarre questions about my teeth and my expectations and my concerns and every time they moved me to a new room they handed me off ..."this is Noelle. She likes her teeth clean and doesn't want to lose them." It was too much attention for me but I can see where people would dig it. Cons I had given my insurance information to the front desk when I booked the appointment but when I got there I was told they were out of network. I was sitting in the chair with a bib on surrounded by three people privy to my personal hygiene preferences (see pros). It was awkward and I wanted to run away so I did. I didn't actually get any work done as I have great insurance that makes cleanings free! TMJ In addition to a cleaning appointment I went for a TMJ eval. Dr Poss has a lot of advanced equipment and software for treatments but I felt like he couldn't help with my specific symptom. I also felt a little judged by my symptoms like they weren't "normal" but I'm sure anyone reading this with TMJ can attest that there isn't anything normal about it. In the end I also decided to look elsewhere for TMJ treatment due to unfamiliarity with my symptoms and insurance drama. Dr Poss was honest about my symptoms stating that he wasn't sure if he could help or not. I appreciated the honesty.

Everyone in the clinic are very friendly. During my visit they had a lot of patients, different nationalities, some knew each other, all atmosphere is very relaxing. All been seeing fast and we were invited to see the doctor on time. At first we saw the nurce , who took additional information and then dr. S.Morgan came. She quickly indicated the problem, actually few of them and offered a plan of action. She explained the steps we need to follow, possible diagnostic need to make, and made appointment . They directly contacted my pharmacy about medication, even it in different state. I'm happy so far, we drove 2+ hrs and will do it again. Looking forward to be healed now.

I was waiting quite a while to be called back. On one occasion, I arrived early for my appointment, and they forgot about me, calling several later appointments before me. I braced myself to be forgotten again. But she acknowledged that I had been waiting too long and called back to the audiologist, who came to get me right away. I'm glad that the complaints of patients and customers were heard and important changes implemented to make my hearing loss journey less stressful. I appreciate that.
