Some days are a lot hotter than others bringing me to a serious sweat. The track is absolutely beautiful, they also have bleacher stairs. You don't have to be an athlete, just move. Every goal starts with a single step. Morgan Park High school track is open to the public and a great place to start.

I'd never been inside of the school before and was amazed by its size. In trying to get to the auditorium, we had to walk around the entire length of the school. In looking at the size of the school, I was thinking that the actual auditorium would be bigger. It wasn't. The auditorium at my school was much bigger. We were lucky enough to have two auditoriums, one big and one small, and I think this one was about in the middle of the two in terms of size. I know there's a balcony area, but the part that's on ground level is teeny! The stage seems to be okay in size, but doesn't really seem like it has been updated in a long while. The seats are painful to sit in for very long, and I'll admit, I've got a nice amount of padding on my caboose to ease the discomfort. But yet, after sitting a few minutes in those hard seats, I wonder how the kids at the school can bear it. I was able to take a peek around the school as we walked around, and I'm under the impression it is in need of a makeover as well. Paint, to start with.
