Since I follow The Image Concierge on Instagram, I knew she was the perfect person to do my make-up for an upcoming event. I booked my appointment online and any questions I had, I was able to have them answered via email. You have the option of going to Heather's in-home studio or her/staff member coming to your home (for an additional price). I opted for Heather to come to my home. A down payment was required and I was set. She arrived promptly on time and we hit it off instantly. Heather has a very warm and welcoming spirit and her vision for my make-up was spot on with my cocktail attire. As stated before, she did a PHENOMENAL job! We talked about a variety of skincare products, make-up options I could do on my own, and brands that aren't often sought after but are really good. A few months later she had a special make-up presentation at her home and she invited me to attend...just a classy and business savvy lady. I can tell she appreciates her clients and I definitely appreciate her! She's doing big things in the make-up game and I'm glad she was able to assist me on my look that evening. Some highlights: 1) I emailed her on Tuesday and my pics were on Sunday. Not only did she give me an appointment on such short notice, she is also 39 weeks pregnant! I couldn't believe she was willing to do my makeup the weekend before her baby is due. She is so passionate about her job and truly cares about her clients, even if she's never met you before. 2) I never wear makeup so I was pretty nervous about how it would turn out. Addi took time to listen to what I was looking for and we talked about some of my previous (bad) experiences with makeup so that she also knew what I didn't want. Throughout the session, she continuously asked me how I felt and always made sure I was comfortable with the way it looked. Addi is the perfect makeup artist for women who don't usually get their makeup done or are a bit nervous about wearing full makeup. 3) Her studio is adorable, really clean and organized, and all her products are top of the line. 4) She is so sweet and really easy to talk to.
